I strongly advise against using Sky Couch's services. I began the process on a Friday, and after three days, there was still no progress. Although they stated that the service would begin immediately, this did not occur. I completed the authentication process, which involved submitting two photographs of myself and my identification. My status then appeared as "pending with professional," with no further action taken by the company.
I was required to initiate contact through chat on several occasions. Each time, I was asked to provide a picture of my ID, followed by being told I was being matched with a professional. Repeatedly, my order was placed on hold, and I was asked to submit a photograph of myself holding my ID. Subsequently, they requested an image of my credit card to be sent to chat. This raised significant concerns about security and the potential for identity theft.
After each interaction, I was informed my concerns would be escalated to the team. I requested a refund, as the payment had already been processed according to my bank. Despite this, I was told to that the customer service rep would inform the team. Three days later, no progress had been made, and I continued to receive unusual requests without any advancement or refund. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service. If the original estimate had been accurate, my services would have been nearly complete; instead, I spent three days following up, only to encounter further delays and questionable requests.

Thank you for your response. Although Support did contact me after my response. I have not received any subsequent communication regarding my renewed request for a refund. To draw a parallel: if a product is purchased and never delivered, and the customer acquires it elsewhere, it is unreasonable for the original company to deliver it after the fact and consider the matter resolved. The same logic applies to this situation, where only one service is needed. Customers should not be required to write reviews in order to receive the service or a refund, especially when a refund is explicitly guaranteed on your website. This experience raises concerns about the quality and dependability of Skycouch's service, which I find unsatisfactory.
Despite my repeated attempts to communicate, the only response I received appears to have resulted from my public review. I requested a refund due to the lack of fulfillment, and I have since secured the necessary services from another provider, most of which have already been completed in a timely manner. My initial order with Skycoach included several services, yet no action was taken until after my review was posted. To date, I have requested a refund three times via chat and once in my review, all in response to non-delivery. The services in question have already been delivered by another company in less than half the time it took Skycoach to even respond, and without the need for ongoing follow-up or a public review. Since these services cannot be provided a second time and Skycoach was the first to fail in delivery, I respectfully reiterate my request that you process my refund as guaranteed by your website. This is now my fifth request for resolution.

After three days of waiting, I made the decision to work with another company that had already delivered the product in full. Despite contacting Sky Coach over ten times to request a refund, I have encountered ongoing resistance from their team. Their website explicitly guarantees a refund, yet they continue to assert that they are prepared to deliver the product, which has already been received from another provider.
This experience has proven to be quite challenging. Sky Coach has indicated that it is normal for customers to follow up over a duration of three days, and they have stated that I am not entitled to a refund because there was little delay to start the order. Yet I am still working with them to get a resolution.

Once i completed the order they asked my ID with a picture of the order screen. That already seemed EXTREMLY sketchy but i did it (with blurring some information) Then they asked me to send a picture of me holding my ID with my face NEVER do this people! They might be a legit company but NEVER give anyone that personal data. They have no right to ask for this. Its even against the EU law. Under GDPR (Article 5 - Data Minimization & Purpose Limitation), companies can only collect necessary personal data for a legitimate reason. A first-time payment is NOT a valid reason to request an ID, let alone a selfie with your ID.
DO NOT give them any personal details as they have absolutely NO rights to.
