The Indy evos are garbage. Constantly drop the sound, won't charge or say they're charged when they're not. By far the worst earbuds I've had. Extremely frustrating spending hard earned money on crap. Walmart specials are better at this point.,,

Every one I get has a rattle on the right speaker, $#*!candys ANC $#*! 2s, don't waste your money, there horrible
I can't even believe how horrible my wireless headphones are. Never buy these, they're a waste of money. They won't keep their charge immediately even though showing the blue light and my laptop says it's connected and 100 percent charged and I can hear the buzzing still. I can't even take a drink or go to the bathroom without it losing sound. I constantly have to turn them on and off, even while working. And the list goes on.

I'd say something about the product quality but the one product I got was defective out of the box and the only thing I could experience was their $#*!ty customer support.
I'm not disappointed by the quality of customer support but by the absolute lack of it.
They require you to ship the defective product and they don't reimburse the shipping charges.
Following which they have the audacity to ignore you as thoroughly as possible.
Skullcandy has both my product and my money.
Dime black worked well in the 1st month, later they started not connecting automatically so i have to turn on each bud individually when i take them off the case and then connect them. While trying a call, the microphone will enhance all surrounding sounds over my voice and cant communicate properly. I tried to contact support but their website is so poor, i get invalid captcha but there's no captcha on the page on mobile.
Both Air pods and earphones are good, works well. Comfortable to wear, clear sound and also last long.
Quality earphones!
Having recently bought a pair of Skullcandy Sesh ANC ear buds from Heathrow airport I unpacked them to find one of them was defective. On return from my holiday I sent the buds off to their UK warranty dept. No replacement was offered as they were ' no longer available', even though they are still for sale on the Skullcandy website, and they offered me a $50 voucher!. What use a $50 voucher is in the UK I don't know. Trying to contact Skullcandy is a nightmare as they don't have a UK customer service dept. and the only phone numbers I can find are American. If your grievance doesn't tick the right boxes on their website you get nowhere. As far as I am concerned Skullcandy are a bunch of rip-off merchants who now have my ear buds, all-be-it defective ones and the £49-99 I paid for the ear buds.

Skullcandy does not have a replacement policy for defective items and issues vouchers you cannot spend!!

I first learned about Skullcandy years ago through a Groupon for some earbuds. I've gone back for other purchases. Great quality and style on their headphones - without the Beats price. I'd definitely recommend.

I bought ANC Hesh. Two months later they stopped working. I returned them at my expense and received a voucher to replace them, but the model I bought is not in stock and they don't know when it will be back. And they do not have an equivalent model. So I asked for a refund and was told no. I filed a complaint with the government consumer protection agency,

One of the earbuds stopped working after about 2 uses.
I was able to get a replacement, but had to pay $13 for shipping thru UPS
Company will not cover shipping costs, or refund you, I tried contacting support, but they still refused.
Given that if they brake down that quick and they only cover product for 2 years, plus potential costs of returning product, the savings in purchase compared to other brands, is not worth the risk.
If I had known about this company poor quality reputation, I would have chosen a different brand.

Bought a 8k headphones, cushion damaged within a year inspite keeping good care. No readdressal, they said we cant help sorry thats it. Again ordered earbuds, received damaged product, asked for return, said we dont have pick up in your location, you will have to send it yourself and the cost will not be reimbursed. Really shocked, biggest mistake of my life. Please do not order from skullcandy.
I bought the 40.00$ set of wireless skull candy ear buds for work, one side stopped working after a couple uses. Once side would charge up to 100% but the other side only charged half the time and barely worked at all, I fought with these head phones for two months of owning them until this morning when I threw them out the window of my truck on the way to work. I will never buy another skull candy product.
Skullcandy products are sold through retailers, specialty outlets, and their online store. I have bought that on one month ago. It is very efficient and convenient for me. The audio and calls are very clear to hear. It is made up on the modern technology for the customer wants. It have change you lifestyle. It is more useful phone for my life. I am suggest to all my friends to purchase that immediately.
I purchased the Indy Evo earbuds from Skull Candy that only lasted 5 months. They would not connect to the battery back to charge and therefore would inconsistently pair with my phone and always die. I returned for warranty and used a store credit to try the Pit Viper Push Active. They broke after a month. They would always connect to my phone when in the charging case. One earbud ended up breaking from sweat contact. I do not recommend this brand at all. They do not last long and are not worth the money.
They make you pay for shipping to return it.
They give you partial credit for what you paid. They claim the item isn't in stock when it's clearly available on their website...

Holy $#*!! The first 5 seconds of putting these on I realized they were badass as $#*!! I had 5 other friends try them on immediately after I heard my first song and I'm serious, they all looked at me like WTF! THESE ARE BADASS!? The bass is insane! And the clarity feels good,the combo of bass and sound is amazing!
Hi, Bought skull candy earbud dime on 09-01-2022 having order no. *******, day 2 right side earbuds stopped working. Shocked? Haha, come to their policy.As i connected with their customer service (thank god after 3 call they have received),the person was well spoken, professional, with positive attitude, (no complain with service centre person), disappointed with their policy It says like" There is no exchange policy/return of product policy) once it is received by the customer. He explained politely that u have to go with our warranty policy, i was like ok... let's go with their policy,, then i realised you have to send the product to Delhi by courier with ur own expenses,then the technician will decide what to do with the product ( i was like really,,,, there is not customer service PAN India, only in Delhi). Today, in such open competitive market, lots of good product in this price range are available with practical policy.Then tell me why should i go with your product. First and last time purchased of "Skullcandy". Will definitely refer to others not to go with their product. (Lesson learned with an expense /loss of Approx 2k)

The most recent pair of skullcandy headphones I purchased broke after less than 2 months.
The company asked me to mail back the headphones and then refused to replace them. They offered a coupon for their online store but it charges for shipping and has very, very limited selection. It would have been considerably cheaper to throw the headphones in the garbage and buy something at a store than to ship back the headphones and use the online store. I will never buy anything from this company again.
The earphone and other cellular components from the skullcandy is good. The sound and phone calls are very clear to listen to. It is made up on the today's technological innovation for the client wants. For my hearing they have great variety and I appreciate paying attention to them to and from work.
Skull candy stocks up very quick and their shipping is also pretty fast with a 100$ order there's free shipping which helps a lot also supports is very helpful they can assist you with the new live agent service that just came out and their products are very good quality with the low price for people that are waiting for budget headheadphones/earphones with the help of the app making the headphones even more useful and with the long battery that even made me buy some for my family. Skullcandys products compete in the medium spectrum of companies but have not yet reached the jbl or sony level but they are a very prominent company and they have the wide spectrum of costumers with the support of lgbtq+ they show how much they care for the environment and their customers with giving a limited 1 year warranty

make sure you buy some of the products that are at least a year old since they may have gotten a upgrade or their software it always happens to me when buying a brand new product they are not as good as the ones that have been sold a year later

The first pair I bought was good for a few months. Then it wouldn't charge properly. I paid ~$20 to ship it back and had to wait for the new one. The new one was problematic as well. The right earbud's volume would be very low and with noise most of the time. I contacted the company and after providing me with some things to try (mostly updates and didn't work) they told me to ship it back again (paying AGAIN for shipping) so they can send me another one. The customer service was terrible, it's a miracle I talked to them. The worst purchase ever. They need to change their return policy and also make better earbuds.
At this price, I would go for something else which is more comfortable than these. Also not really durable.
