One of the earbuds stopped working after about 2 uses.
I was able to get a replacement, but had to pay $13 for shipping thru UPS
Company will not cover shipping costs, or refund you, I tried contacting support, but they still refused.
Given that if they brake down that quick and they only cover product for 2 years, plus potential costs of returning product, the savings in purchase compared to other brands, is not worth the risk.
If I had known about this company poor quality reputation, I would have chosen a different brand.
