Night light
April 30, 2020

This is by far one of the worst products I have bought in a long time. It's impossible to set up. It actually took about 2 hours of messing about and testing to check if it was working correctly. Finally got it working to find the red bed time glow shuts off after 20 mins anyway! What is the point of that? I only found this out when my 2 year old son shouted light off morning time (at 20:50) I frequently told him that "red means bed" when TRYING to set this product up, I am currently laying in my sons room trying to calm him back to sleep after he woke and no light was on! Whoever designed this product and allowed it to be sold should be sacked. Absolutely shocking product and I'm angry that there are people walking around this world making money off this junk.

Dangerous to children
January 9, 2020

My daughter is 6 months old and was playing with the skip hop red cooling tether. It pinched her lip within a matter of 15 seconds so bad that it is now swollen and bleeding. It hurts her when she eats now, she is 6 months. This should not happen with CHILDREN TOYS. Thank you

I ordered from Carter's and Skip Hop twice now. It has taken well over a week to even process the order! It took a total of 3 weeks before I got my first order and the second order still hasn't come! I've called customer service three times and never gotten a call back! I've emailed and never received a response! Worst customer service I've ever experienced!

I have a skiphop high chair that is subject to a safety recall. Customer service say that I can get a refund but first I have to cut the seat out of the hair chair and cut the safety straps.

Quite how I am supposed to feed my child while I wait for the refund and am able to purchase another high chair I do not know.

And customer service are no help at all - all the people I spoke with on their tool-free number struggled to speak English. I will never buy another product from them, or Carters, or Osh Kosh, and I will be telling all of my friends of my bad experience.

They declined every $#*!ing credit card I tried to use, even MY debit card as I tried to pay for a $300+ purchase. When I emailed them I got a automatically response signed by Dan asking the last 4 digits of my credit card number. I send several ones since I was declined on 7 different cards and even my paypal account ( WTF!)
I NEVER got an answer back. NEVER. Nobody tried to help me. Even when I called.
Never will try to buy again. Horrible website.

I love their products but they have very poor customer service! This was the first time and last time I will ever purchase anything directly from their website. I placed an order on 3/28/17 and realized a week later I had never received a tracking number. I emailed them and within an hour they sent me an email saying my order was being processed and shipped. Today is not 4/13/17 and I have YET to receive my order and I am very upset. I have tried contacting them again and have not gotten a response. The order I placed was to be here for my 8 month olds first Easter! I am shocked at the poor customer service and lack of care they have for their customers. I should not have had to email them to remind them to process and ship my order! The least they could have done was expedited the shipping or at the very very least given a sincere apology instead of acting like it was no big deal and then maybe I wouldn't be writing this review!
