Horrible customer service. I have pruchased a few of the creams and i liked them all except for the one for Redness which was recommended for my rosacea and it cost 75 dollars. My rosacea is so much worst, it really flared up and my face burned. When i sent the cream to skin Medica in NY more than hald full, they refuse to replace it with one of the creams i do like or to give me some type of rimbursement or anything whats so ever. Now i'm out the money for the cream along with the shipping and packaging to send the cream to the company. JUST AWFUL! They should be so happy i'm not seeking compensation for how much worse my rosacea got from using their cream!

Ive been going to a facialist for years and over the last year, started experiencing really dry skin for the first time ever, so naturally, had no idea what to use. Tried everything from low to mid range lines initially since the literature always seems to say there's no difference between low and high priced products, save your money, yada, yada, but nothing worked. Until I noticed skinmedica products at the plastic surgeons office and asked about them. Thought I'd give them a try and within a week of using the ha5, which is a miracle product in my opinion, the tns serum and the dermal repair cream noticed a difference in my skin. After roughly 2 1/2 weeks skin was feeling moisturized and supple, not the extremely dry forehead I'd become accustomed to. I love these products and will always stay loyal. This is the first line I tried that actually visibly improved my skin, I had no negative reaction, redness, etc, and the dryness is gone. There is a very light fragrance with the moisturizer, but it's not off putting. I wish I would have taken before and after pics.

I just bought my first products of Skin Medica last week. I bought the toner, the cream for redness, the HA5, and the jar of moisturizer. I started using these on Tuesday night and by Thursday night my face was red and swollen! Today it's even worse, my eyes are slanted cause of the swelling! I stopped using everything on Friday. I just took Benadryl and praying I can get in tomorrow to see my Dermatologist. I'm so disappointed... I'm 64 years old and have very little wrinkles FYI

SHAME ON SKIN MEDICA AND ALLERGAN!

Bought skin Medica $500 from dermatologist in July 2021. HORRIBLE allergic reaction! Steroid shot, Medrol Pack, eye drops, steroid cream the works. 4 months later still battling the BUMPS all over my face! I'm 54 with clear skin and now I look like I have teenage acne & whiteheads all over my face.

This has cost me $1000's of dollars and no permanent fix. The stupid steroid has caused my hair to fall out in clumps. This product needs a disclaimer and needs to be reevaluated!

At fist it makes your skin tight then swollen then BUMPS! I'm considering hiring an attorney because this is unfair!

Skin Medica is affordable and effective for many different skin types - I love the Skin Medica Facial Cleanser and Environmental Defense Sunscreen SPF 30. They are really quality products that are not outrageously expensive so they are great for everyday use. The cleanser is perfect for removing make up well, but it did not dry out my skin at all.

The sunscreen has green tea and caffeine for antioxidant protection and is a full spectrum physical sunblock, so it protects from UVA and UVB rays (which my dermotologist says is essential for preventing sun damage). And it does it without those icky chemical sunscreens!

Although I do like several skin medica products, their customer service is beyond dismal. I ordered TNS in April, and one chamber never worked. After several (approx 6) contacts with customer service, and after promising to replace the product they never did. So, I purchased another TNS from local dr. Office. Have since run out so again reordered through allle/skin medica. 12 days have passed since I placed the order and was charged for it, but had not received any info about the order. So, called to inquire and was told it was due to weather, which is understandable, but some communication would have been helpful since they already charged me for the purchase. I then requested to speak with someone at skin medica about product usage, and have been on hold so far for 57 minutes... UNACCEPTABLE! For anyone hoping to get help using products, or have questions don't expect any... u are on your own, and for products this expensive that is unacceptable customer service. This will be my last skin medica purchase and I'm hanging up my 57 minute hold call

I bought a toner and a cream for redness. I am glad I've followed my friend's recommendation and accessed this site. Best fo all I like teh cream for redness. It really works.

Woke up in the night with my entire face swollen. Headache and burning eyes. Will never use it again
