Is it best to use this all over my face or only the breakout area?

I usually test products only on the problem area first and then if all goes well I'll use it all over. That way, if something is super drying, you don't wind up with a full flaky face.

It really depends on what product you're using. They sell both all over treatments and spot treatments.
