Very competitive pricing with great products, I had alot of questions and one of the reps help me choose what was best for my skin. End up getting some products from Skinmedica, I was using obagi before but after using these products it seems like it worked better for my skin. The Tns and Hydrator is great for my skin I love it.
Never order from SCM! My order SCM145035 was placed on 4/8/24. USPS label was Created the same day. Today, USPS tracking status is still "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item" and it's 4/17/24 now. Trying to contact their customer service for 3 days already. No reply to email, voice mail and online chat is unresponsive. Does SCM stand for "SCAM"?

This company sold me an unsealed, potentially fake SkinMedica HA5 serum. I then learned through SkinMedica's website that they are an unauthorized dealer and you should not purchase from them! I purchased the authentic serum from SkinMedica and found so many alarming differences, including the serial number being cut out, different quality materials on the boxes, and the safety seal being sliced! Do not trust this company!
Very disappointed! I recently placed my very first order with Skincare Market for the Image Skincare Prevention+ Daily Ultimate Protection Moisturizer SPF50 (6oz) Professional Size which they had advertised on their website. When I received my shipment, it wasn't the ordered 6oz bottle, but instead included 2x 3.2 oz bottles which one of them had already expired on 01/2021! The second bottle will expire on 4/23.
This might have happened by accident, but what I don't accept is the fact that they don't even respond to either my multiple phone messages I left on their customer service line (as nobody even seems to answer their phones) nor my written email. All I ask for is an exchange/ return of the expired product or a refund.
At this point, I won't use nor recommend this company to anybody else.
Just be aware... next time you'll receive a product you might want to double check the expiration date!
Tip for consumers:
Check the expiration date of ordered product!

I ordered my product on the 7th of October it hasn't arrived. I have been ignored by email for months (don't even bother contacting Detraevion or Caren, both are a waste of space in the company). I was so furious that I was left in the dark, I followed up with the Mexican government national postal service, USPS in USA and Mexico to put forward a CLAIM. I was informed that the issue is down to the fact that Skincare market put my package through a postal method that was not insured and provided me a FAKE tracking number because they did not pay for tracking. This is a $224.71 package. On December 23rd I finally heard from Sarah Wise who offered a refund. I replied instantly. She said the refund would take 5 days. A month later, and I have been calling to follow-up. However, as soon as they see a British +44 number they forward it to voicemail, so I've never actually been able to SPEAK to anyone despite the fact that I call daily. I have seen through all of their lies and I want my money back. I have all the receipts for confirmation if anyone wants proof also.
Tip for consumers:
I have the receipts for anyone falling for the BS positive reviews

Didn’t get anything of what I ordered.
I have been ordering SkinMedica TNS serum from a reputable company for years but decided to try Skincare Market because of price. Its a $200 product.
Not only was the packaging faulty & didn't pump right but I went through customer service telling me to turn it upside down. Getting to the point... It didn't work. The Manager per my request sent me a replacement product with a UPS label to send back the faulty one. The new product was NOT factory sealed. Thats a major redflag. After researching I see this is common in the reviews. Not only that SkincareMarket.net is not an approved vendor of SkinMedica.
I'm writing SkinMedica as well because they should know whats going on with their products. I have never had an issue until I ordered from Skincare Market. Spend the few extra dollars and save yourself the headache!
I've used Skin Medica products for 10 years; I was excited to find a cheaper option,, and the website advertises original products. So, I placed the order during a special promotion. I did not need the product within 30 days. After using it for 5 days, I experienced chemical burns. The company response was that this is not an uncommon response, they did not provide a refund. So they do not stand behind their products. Alert " A Chemical burn is a common reaction from their products" Do not buy!
I purchased a product from them shipped the wrong product reach out to them to get right product the company rep Sandra decided to tell the product is the same according to Obagi. I told them send me a label to return the product she said no do not buy from then instead of tell me they run out didn't have the product they let me make the transaction then send me a different product
I ordered two TNS products and was told that If they did not work for me I could return them for a full credit. I tried them for two days and had a very bad allergic reaction. My eyes swelled up and I became extremely itchy on my face, neck and chest.
I immediately sent them back and did not hear from the company. I tracked the return # and saw that it was received a few days later. It took a phone call from me to follow up and finally I received a partial credit. They were $100 short. I have tried to reach them and email them with no response. I would never recommend this company---there are too many other competitors with better prices.
I ordered Revision Hydrating Serum, I didn't receive Revision instead I received PCA Skin Hydrating Serum. Called Customer Service and was told that they have new people packing and it had to be a mistake and I would be receiving the product that I ordered within 3 days. I'm very doubtful and think that I got scammed!
I never received my product and of course can't get in touch with anyone to halp correct this problem. They have my money and I have NO product..
I received skin hydrator that was nothing but water in a bottle that was supposed to be skin medica
Please stay away from this company
It was $75 a bottle for water basically
This item was tampered with. Skinceuticals Phloretin CF®, Lowest price in the nation guaranteed Because it is counterfeit. I had a severe allergic reaction on hives and welts on face and neck. Buyer beware.! They will be reported!
Ordered two products from skincare market, was told I would receive them in 4-5 days... after 1 week, nothing. I spoke with Mia at SCM & she told me that my order had never shipped & apologized & said I would receive it in another 3-4 days, another week goes by & still nothing. I was then told by Mia that one of the products was out of stock & that nothing had been sent out... I told her then that I wanted a full refund. She told me that she would refund my CC & send me a conformation email. That was yesterday, I still havent received an email or refund!
The title says it all. I have been using this product for several years, and ordered from this site thinking it was skincarerx. The C E Ferulic I received in the "kit" was different than any other C E Ferulic I have used or the sample sizes I have. It also smells different.
Package seal broken when received... January 9,2017
Reviewer: Amanda O'Keefe Farmer from Memphis, TN United States
When I received this product today the seal was already open on the container. The packaging was tampered with, and the SkinMedica sticker was already sliced open. Super upset about this. Then I went online to SkinMedica to see if I could verify if this serial number was legit and saw where the Skincare market was not even an authorized dealer. So is this product that I just spent $190 on fake? I have tried calling them all day and all I get is to leave a voice mail?
I ordered two Jan Marini products from Skincare Market. At first glance they seemed to be genuine but when I later did a more intensive comparison I found significant differences in the wording and instructions on the package which had me concerned. Then I compared the ingredient list and found it to be different from the same products I had purchased from an authorized dealer (and the Jan Marini website). I am well past my 30-day return window (watch out with that, too, because they charge a 20% restocking fee which would have been $20 in my case---pretty steep price for returning COUNTERFEIT products!) Avoid buying from them unless you want to pay exorbitant rates for counterfeit products!
I ordeed a product that never arrived. I called and left messages and no one returned my calls, it wasn't until I threatened a poor review that I finally got a call back. They lied and said they would over night it. Then still no product and I called back and got the run around. I finally received product but they didn't overnight it like promised. Box banged up. They are very dishonest. Worst customer service ever. I'm unsure if it was a ligimate skinceutical product because it was a gift. Never order from them.
I ordered two iS Clinical Eye Complex from skincare market, after a day use I can tell their product is fake, totally different than the one I ordered from Life Time Fitness. When I called, the customer service is very bad as well!
Will never order from them again,!
I found them on google and saw their price listed as $97 for CE Ferulic. When I clicked on it to purchase, it took me to their site and the price is now $109. Isn't that false advertising? I tried calling and no one answered. I kept calling because I wanted to ask them why they advertise in a deceptive manner. Finally someone answered and he stumbled over his words and stated it was to get people to come to their site. He didn't honor the price listed. I will never order from someone so sleazy! Look out!
