I received my brush and used it once and the bristles were floating in my pool, I would expect some but not as many. I contacted the company about warranty and submitted a photo this is their response. Quite obvious they don't warranty anything if they don't believe you and judge from a photo. If you feel the loss of bristles can be show with a better picture, please feel free to submit a new claim that better shows areas on the brush that have voids.
