Worst SEO company ever. I, an inexperienced computer geek, know more about SEO than this company does. Look at their "proof" list and you'll find the keywords they supposedly get to page one, or no longer there, or are so incredibly easy and have no competition, that anyone could get them on page 1.

I lost about $1000 to these a-holes. They supposedly had a "30 day money back guarantee" so I thought, why not give it a shot. Well when I was disappointed and called requesting my money back, they said they didn't know what I was talking about and there was no money back guarantee.

5 minutes later I go check their website, they took the "money back guarantee" page down! They scammed the crapped out of me! I will be taking legal action against this company soon.

Their customer service rep, Crystal, is the worst! She'll yell at you, call you an idiot, and then speak over you and hang up.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

A client of mine was scammed by them and lost a couple thousand dollars. Site Solutions builds a bunch of fake/spammy links to sites that HURT the sites in the long run, because Google is watching for these more than ever. And all of the money paid for the links is wasted anyway, because they disappear in about a month. The owner, Stephen Lochmiller, refuses to show what actual work he has done to meet contract terms, which is not surprising, considering that he has been convicted of fraud in the past and his entire family seems to have been in similar trouble, including his mother, father, and brother. I am a small business owner that wanted a search engine optimization company to bring our company higher on search engines. I did my research and chose Site Solutions.com. They did a great job selling. I was to recieve a report on meta tags and ways that I can help optimize our website. They were to submit our website to 8,000 search engines monthly for a monthly fee. On July 1st, 2010 the money for the report was taken out of our account. The salesman told me and a receipt was emailed telling me the report would be emailed to me with in 7 to 10 business days. It is July 28th and still have not received the report. I lost confidence that they will do what they say they will do. Who knows. They could have sent me a reciept each month and did not do anything--how would I know?
I called them and they told me there are no refunds for the report which I did not get. I wrote a letter cancelling my service and put in a dispute claim with my credit card company. In my opinion: They do a great sales game but can't follow it up.
