They SUCK! Their customer service sucks-Dawn was the only person who seem to appreciate & care about what was happening... also the tech who came out, I think his name was/is Jerry or Jeff-other than them two. I didnt mean to give them any stars

Like the rest of the reviews on Site Solutions, Total Joke, and does nothing but take your money....
SiteSolutions Response: We have checked our customer information covering over 2 million users over the past 25 years and we find that: 1) we do not see that we have ever had a customer which had a name associated with Oak Valley Apts or variations to that. 2) we have never performed work for a website containing the name Oak Valley Apartments. 3) Being an online company, we have never had staff that travels to a prospect's or customer's physical location. 4) We also did not and do not have an employee named Jerry or Jeff. Since it appears that this person never actually purchased any services from us, we do not see how they are able to report on anything to do with our "Customer" service Department.
