We were a difficult case with a few hurdles since we have self-employment income and were purchasing from family, but Jared and Kevin knocked it out of the park for us with a great rate from Quicken (even lower than the rate Quicken quoted us before we found Simplist… imagine that!), and they structured the loan in a way that worked for everyone. They were patient with us, answered our questions and worked hard to take us to the finish line. We are very grateful for Jared and for Kevin, they "earned it" with us for sure, and we couldn't be happier. Thank you, guys! You did great!
