We were a difficult case with a few hurdles since we have self-employment income and were purchasing from family, but Jared and Kevin knocked it out of the park for us with a great rate from Quicken (even lower than the rate Quicken quoted us before we found Simplist… imagine that!), and they structured the loan in a way that worked for everyone.
