This company is a ripoff please don't waste your time and money I don't have a picture of what I ordered cause I never got even after talking to their customer service

Make great jewelry but they are very unprofessional sent me the wrong size chain they don't refunds and will blame you for their mistakes

Their jewelry is beautiful and had great reviews from people on Facebook & Ins. However, processing and shipping took way longer than expected.

I ordered my jewelry maybe 2 1/2 three weeks before my birthday. And I ordered the Teddy XOXO Chain Double Layer Heart Personalized Custom Gold Plated Name Necklace and Bracelet Set. Takes 2 -3 weeks I was worried about it, I ordered on the 14th august 2021 was here by the august 31st 2021… they worked with me they talk to me and communicate with me and make sure that I was satisfied and I am and I can't wait to wear my set for my birthday it's just gorgeous.
