I have alot of jewelry when placed next to my giod necklace you can't tell the difference and I absolutely love the design of my necklace wore it when I went on my cruise was able to wear in the sun and swim with it on awesome product
So I bought about 4-5 items and each of them was defective after having my items the first week my earrings broke never received a bigger chain the letter earrings was supposed to be big like the picture I have never been so disappointed in my life and all they said was here is 10% off my daughter earrings you couldn't even tell it was her name NEVER AGAIN…. Just be mindful when buying cause I will not, and I'll make sure my family doesn't either

Custom jewelry you can't find. Nice, thick reliable piece of material. First I didn't think it was going to come no shipping no tracking number nothing, but I had to read it again and see that it takes 10 to 15 days to customize and then to get your shipping so it's like three weeks but it's worth the wait will definitely buy again and again
Honestly worst experience ever. I ordered over $400 worth of products from their site fore me and my children. It took 6 weeks for them to actually send it out, and then when they did their choice of delivery left the package outside my apartment. I didn't even know it was reported "delivered" to them and when I reached out to let them know they told me to pay and additional $220 so I can get my items! Now they don't even respond to my emails. I can't even dispute the charge on my card because they took 7 weeks to ship it out. Worst experience ever!
Ordered December 2023 got an email Feb stating my package address was invalid confirmed correct address it's now almost April and still no merchandise. No tracking no follow up…very unhappy!
Jewelry has a cheesy orange tint. I pit it next to my wedding band and it's a coppery orang. Necklace is missing link in the chain. Wanted to do a return for refund. They said they keep 50% of the money. They said it's the same as in the photo on website. That's a lie because website shows a beautiful necklace Not a dried up Cheeto orange. Thanks I will keep the crap to remind myself of $#*!ty companies like you!
I was suspicious of the site and brand but took a chance because this was definitely the style of jewelry i was looking for for me and my friends in my price range! Like 288.77 for 6 items and it's all true to length and photographic images and the details seem to be true.
Worst purchase ever! I've never felt so upset about a package, and I don't normally write reviews but I had to let others know that you need to be careful with what you write in the description because they are not specific and they will give you anything that they want and when you try to return an item they will not let you because it is personalized and they will offer you discounts but do not take them because it is not worth it you cannot get your money back so please be careful with what you buy I am never buying anything from their site again but I need to warn others to take precaution and what they purchase!
I received a pendant with a picture in it. And there's no possibly see the picture light apps on your phone. Nothing like it shows on their website. Do not order.

This company is horrible. I ordered a ring as a christmas gift for my daughter. After waiting 3 weeks the ring arrived with the letter Y backwards. Mind you its in script font so its very noticeable. I Reached out to the company with a photo of the ring asking for a replacement. They refused to replace the product n only offered to refund $8 claiming that they reached out to their factory and its still the correct letter. First of all there is no factory. It's Ali Express. And 2nd of all it didn't take a factory to tell you that you are looking at the letter printed backwards. They refused to correct their mistake so now I am stuck with a piece of trash. I attached photos. Check out the letter Y in between the a's. It should have read Ma'Kayla
