I have called their CS 5 times and filled out the contact form to ask a couple of questions and 6 hrs later, no response. I had about $300 in my cart so far when I felt I needed to check the shipping time frame as the jewelry is for my anniversary. I've left several voicemails, as no one answers when I've called. And no response to my voicemails OR the contact form I submitted this morning. Why would I turn over my hard earned money to a company that I can't even contact? And if there is an issue with the jewelry? I can only imagine. I'm shopping elsewhere. As of 1:40pm (Pst) I've had no response and I tried to contact them at 8am.

When I purchase earrings online, I always hold my breath when I open the package for fear they will be flimsy with posts that easily bend or snap. Not so this pair. I ordered the turtle-and-feather design, and they are solid with heavy posts that would require effort to bend. The turquoise stones are a beautiful, bright blue and the detail work is excellent. They shipped fast, too! Love these earrings!
