Expediting too expensive. Your signs are expensive enough and we both know how long it takes to fabricate them. We're both in Texas and if you need an extra $ 97 to ship a week earlier than it takes to produce and ship in Texas, than I guess I can second-source my next order. How about expedited production and free shipping like most other businesses that I deal with? You asked, you got my opinion.

Ordering easy, simple. Used chat feature, was helpful in order placement and product specs. Note... there's no provision to "End Chat" once assistance is satisfactorily completed. Not a big deal but also not typical.

Quick, easy... I just wish that I could have received the 10% off your first order after I went to the shopping cart... I clicked off that pop up when I first visited the site and then tried to get back to it... other than that, it was a fine experience. You are only slightly more expensive that Vista print whom I have used many times before, so wanted to give your site a chance... don't disappoint.

I purchased a big presentation dry eraser, check. I designed it online it was user friendly. Brittany was awesome helping me add finishing touches. I received it ahead of time and it is awesome! Use them, you will not be disappointed.

This was the only site I found that let me easily upload my own font and design my magnetic truck tags just the way I wanted. Simple, quick the only complaint I have is how much even the Super Saver shipping costs for (2) truck tags, that's a bummer that it is basically double what the site is saying when you are placing the order, until you get to shipping and there isn't even a free shipping option. Whatever your cost is for (2) tags double it because that's almost what you're paying. Boo.

I ordered what was supposed to be a vinyl decal through them for work, what we got was not a decal at all, but a window cling with out company logo blurred. It looks horrible and it's not something that we can even hang. After spending $150 on something it should look good. I called yesterday and spoke to the representative that I was working with, Jocelyn. She continued all day to give me the run around about it and said she would "look into it to see what she could do." After asking to speak with a manager she told me that she couldn't let me do that. After waiting all day to hear from her I receive an email from her yesterday at 4:07 pm stating that she had called me and I didn't answer (she didn't). I called back almost immediately after I received the email to be told by Todd that she was out of the office already. I spoke with Todd about my complaint and it seemed that his customer service skills were a little bit better and he was more than willing to help. He told me that if I didn't hear back from him with a resolution last night he would follow up with me at 10:00 AM today. I never received a call from him at 10:00 am so by 1:00 pm I sent him an email saying that I never received a call from him. He was aware of it and said that there was "a lot of correspondence to go through." It's now the end of another business day without hearing back from anyone at this company.

Having ordered from this site twice may not seems like enough to write a review, but I have to differ. This online company has exceeded all others in its speed of processing orders, its quality of product, and it's pricing!
I have had magnetic signs made twice for the sides of my vehicle and both examples were perfect! Exactly as ordered, no variation on my design and requested customization. The sign have had the exact desired effect, resulting in many asking about the ministry I perform.
The last order was for 26"x15" signs in multi-color print. I was told with free shipping I would receive them in about 10 days, BUT they arrived in 3 and a half days instead! Unbelievable! They are beautiful and attract a lot of good attention!
If you need any kind of sign made, or window graphics, etc. then take a look at these folks. They use the highest quality material and I do not believe you will be disappointed in your order.

Should probably note size restrictions on free shipping and also let customers know items above a certain size incur oversize shipping charges. Had to go back and resize my signs and saved a bunch of money.

Takes insanely long to customize text, and the drag and drop system is terrible. I started my design and didn't want to undo my work to switch companies. But it is too much stress that for example the text doesn't automatically go down to the next line, or the fact that I can't choose a font size and have to eyeball and hopefully all of my letters are the same size. It is really hard to tell if I got it all correct! lol Thank you though for allowing me to leave a note

Easy to use site, I liked being able to bump my images around with the arrow keys, I would have liked to be able to do that with the text boxes too. Would have made things even quicker, but overall I'm satisfied with the set up process. The auto save kept throwing me off because all the new files became indistinguishable at one point even though I was trying to edit an existing file, that didn't seem to change. It worked out okay in the end, and the discount was nice.

Had some signs made for our salon and they really look good. It was a gamble using signazon instead of kinkos and the only reason we went with signazon was the lower price. It turns out their quality is also better than what kinkos delivered in the past. We change in house signage every few months and will be making new signs even more often due to their great prices.
