My order arrived when expected but I was aggravated because I did not get the discount which caused me to place the order (instead I received a smaller discount).
My dog uses Carprofen (generic Rimadyl) which I've ordered from NAH for over two years--always satisified. Bad reviews don't jive with my experience!
I had purchased four boxes of NOVOX CAPLETS - 100 MG - 180 caplets in each box for my Orange Belton Setter. The medication was recommended to me thru my Vet at Montrose Vet Clinic. She had told me it was just as good as the Rimadyl that they sold at there clinic, but that it was less expensive to purchase it thru PetMedsnMore National Animal Hospital. It has helped my dog in the pain she was experiencing in standing up. I have also told other people of this experience so that they could also save some money. I was very grateful that my Vet had recommended this to me.
I have used this site several times to order Revolution for my dog. It is always fast and much cheaper than any other site.

I placed a phone order with National Animal Hospital earlier this month and was very pleased with the service and help that was given to me during my call. The individual who was helping me with my order was very knowledgeable of the products/medications that I needed. They sent me an e-mail confirming my order, when the order was mailed and a tracking number for my order. I was able to track my order and noticed on the day that I was to receive my package the United States Post Office didn't deliver it (no reason given- ugh!). I immediately contacted National Animal Hospital and told them of my problem. They responded quickly and said that they would send out, immediately, the medication I needed and they would send it UPS to a different address I provided them so that I would be sure to get it. They DIDN'T EVEN CHARGE ME for the cost of sending my package via UPS although I would have been more than happy to pay for the cost of this shipping. I'm very happy with the outstanding service National Animal Hospital has given me and will continue to use them for all my animal medications.
