I ordered my dogs med paid for them and you took care of getting them to me right away. Any questions I got them answered promptly Most of all the cost of meds excellent more then half of vets

Avoid, They do not answer the phone, do not return your email or voice message. I needed medication for my 17yo dog on time, so please don't count on this place

You better check out this company AGAIN. Website is down, my money for an order placed 10/25/13 has been deducted from my account, and I have nothing to show for it..

Very easy to purchase what I needed online & I received the items in a timely manner. I didn't have to speak with anyone this time but anytime before I've had to the phone rep was very helpful.

Horrible experience. No customer service - could never reach a real person on the phone. I wish I had read the previous reviews. Never did get the meds. Luckily the credit card company is helping!

The service is always fast and efficient. The prices are great. I only had one problem. When we received the Vetmedin the pills were soft and a little moist. That was not how they are supposed to be.

They used to be good and reply back to emails. Had ordered from them several times before.

They were out the the percorten v injection and they were not able to tell me when it would be delivered, but when they did get it in they express shipped it to me at no charge
