Horrible service! Booked my reservation in advance. We were picked up from Airport no problem. Our PAID for flight was cancelled day of return when I called to check on arrival time. My reservation still showed our pick up time. When I called they said they tried to reach me to state they changed our reserved rates and needed confirmation. However I didn't get the call and so they cancelled our shuttle reserved for 10 people 2 hrs before pick up time. They had no shuttles available so we were forced to take Ubers! I haven't even received a refund back! DO NOT BOOK with them!

Horrible service! Booked my reservation in advance. We were picked up from Airport no problem. Our PAID for flight was cancelled day of return when I called to check on arrival time. My reservation still showed our pick up time. When I called they said they tried to reach me to state they changed our reserved rates and needed confirmation. When the reservation was made, it was indicated that this was a private jet flying into Midway and the Theo number was put on the reservation by their personnel. Now I'm being told that it's my fault that my people did not get picked up. I am so angry if I could give them negative stars, I would do so. I would never recommend this business anyone.

Driver was lost in the airport. He had soccer balls and roaches in his trunk. We sat with luggage on our laps to the hotel. He wanted us to cancel the trip and call someone else, because he had not been paid for our ride yet. We called the manager, located in Los Angeles, she was rude, unprofessional and gave excuses for their incompetence of their business dealings in Indiana, where we were. NEVER AGAIN! Stay away, unless you have money to give away.

Never, never, never, EVER will I use them again! After being left stranded at the airport by a driver, Yves Lohy, who refused to pick me up at arrivals (BIG A.D.A. Violation, by the way) and actually hung up on me because he went to departures and wanted me to come to him, I found out that all Shuttle Wizard does is coordinate with Lyft and Uber drivers! I can do that myself and for a lot less than $65.00. The only saving grace is that the dispatcher quickly found another Lyft driver. If you want a car service, call a real one, this isn't it!

I hired Shuttle Wizard for a Round Trip Private Non-Stop Ride from Nashville Airport to Embassy Suites in Murfreesboro, TN and the driver never showed up. He was lost and could not find the transportation pick-up location. Drivers are not reliable nor trained. The manager, after agreeing to a full refund reneged and refused any refund. Don't waste your money or time with hiring Shuttle Wizard out of California. They are crooks and awlful people to work with.

I ordered a luxury sedan large enough for 2 pasengers and 4 large bags. I had used a similar service from the now defunct SuperShuttle and was always impresses.

What I got was a 10 year old beat up toyota camry that arrived 10 minutes late and a driver who spoke little english. REALLY? Fortunately we only had 3 bags as the trunk could only hold 2; the third rode in the front passenger seat/ We cancelled the return trip and had an uber which was ver nice at less than half the cost! Never again!

I initially arranged for ride to my destination then when the driver, Mariana, said at first she could see about taking me to second ride back when I was ready to come home, but all that time, she stood me up and never responded or nothing. At least she could have said I am sorry I can't take you now, is too far or something. What kind of people you can't find who can't be reliable to people these days?

After using this service many many times recently the service has dropped. Not the first time with issues but this is the last time as i now feel ripped off being contacted shortly before the pick up time and demanding extra money to complete the booking. Disgusted won't use again

My Credit Card was charged $290.00 for transportation for 2 persons from Rochester, NH to Manchester Regional Airport on Sept 16,2021 with pickup@12:30pm. A cancellation email was delivered to us@3:43AM. We checked our e-mail@8:00AM. We had 4 large suitcases and 2 carry-ones. My husband is 88 years old; I am 81 yrs old. It created a very stressful situation for us and do not plan on using this service again.It took 5 days for our refund to show up in our account. THINK TWICE FOLKS BEFORE RELYING ON THIS COMPANY!

Tip for consumers:
Make phone calls to verify often. That is what i wished I had done. Notice the greeting in our e-mail said…..GOOD AFTERNOON! They knew they had a problem well before 12:30AM!!!!

In August, I reserved 3 x 10 person shuttles with room for 1 piece of luggage per person. The day before the trip, I received a voluntary phone call from the company confirming this information. The following morning at 5:45am, however, a single shuttle arrived that held 30 people but NO luggage. We squeezed in and sat uncomfortably on our luggage for the 1.5 hour trip. ShuttleWizard would not explain why the change occurred. I paid $875 per shuttle = $2,625. When I tried to request reimbursement for the money I overpaid, they said they'd look into it and get back to me. Instead, ShuttleWizard blocked my follow-up phone calls, including 1 as recently as today, 10/18. There's no explanation for charging the same amount per person for 3 x 10 person shuttles as for 1 x 30 person shuttle. The fixed costs are the same. The fuel amount and cost are essentially the same for each of the 3 x 10 person shuttles as the single 30 person shuttle. Driver's salaries are the same regardless of the capacity of the shuttle - 3 vs 1. Wear and tear on the vehicles is no different regardless of the capacity of the shuttle. But, the most egregious issue is the inconvenience they created by not sending a shuttle with room for luggage, my request that they knew and confirmed several times including the day before the trip. I wish I had read the other reviews of this company before I booked with them. Never again. I'd rather walk.

I like having a scheduled, reserved private ride from the airport, as opposed to ride shares, on demand taxis or shuttles, as I often have to make a meeting in an unreasonable amount of time. I booked with shuttle wizard in Nashville, confirmed my reservation several times but still did not have a ride when I needed it. The driver's number I was told to contact went straight to voicemail. The dispatch operator tried to be helpful but still no call from the driver and still no ride. Ultimately, they sent sent a different driver (which was clearly a Lyft driver) 35 minutes after my scheduled time, and I paid far more than had I just waited gotten a taxi. A taxi would have also gotten me to my destination about 20 minutes faster (and on time). My feedback to the company regarding this was met with nothing more than an apology. Very annoying.

I cancelled my reservation within 8 hours of making it, as was informed there's a $10.00 cancellation fee! Are you kidding me? Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice shame on me! It won't happen again, as I won't use this service in the future, and I'll warn others about it! Susan J

Reserved a ride on March 20,2023, for a trip on March 30th. To be picked up at 4:45am for a flight. They never showed, missed our flight. I tried calling of course no answer, I checked email and saw where they sent an email the night before at ten pm, Really, they should have had the decency to call as well. I have not received my refund as of yet. Do yourself a favor and do not use this company! If possible, I would give a rating of O

I scheduled a pickup to go to the airport. It was a very early flight so I scheduled in advance with shuttlewizard. I received confirmation and a driver assignment so I thought I was in good shape.

ShuttleWizard cancelled my pickup and had the driver pick someone else up instead. I know this because the confirmation gave me the drivers cell phone number and when I called to see where he was he said the trip was cancelled and he was picking up another customer. Turns out just before pickup they sent an email, which I hadn't seen because I was at the front of the hotel waiting for the driver.

I could not get an uber or a lyft in time because it was 50 minutes outside of boston and no drivers were accepting my rides at 3:30 AM. Luckily someone I had met for the first time at the hotel happened to be leaving shortly after me and I caught them in the lobby and they had other transportation so I was able to get a ride from them. I got to the gate with about 5 minutes to spare, and just barely made my flight only because I was lucky.

Do not depend on this company!

We scheduled a ride for 4 people with 4 large suitcases months in advance to take us from a bottle to our cruise ship. We were supposed to be picked up at noon, they called and said it would be 12:15. No problem! At 12:30, we called and were told there was an issue with the first driver and they were sending another. They even gave us a make, model, and color of the vehicle. Thirty minutes later, no ride. We called again and the girl said that she just got there and did not know what happened to the driver, but they only now had a sedan to pick us up. Four people with luggage! She said that they could get us there but not our luggage. Sorry, they'll refund our money. No help, since we're stranded with no ride! Fortunately, the hotel gave us the name of a cab company and when we called and explained the situation, the showed with a van within fifteen minutes. We were scheduled with ShuttleWizard to take us back to the airport, but we just canceled and will be using Lyft XL. Stay away!

They called me less then 24 hours before my airport trip and demanded I upgrade to an suv for an additional 400 dollars or they would cancel my trip. Avoid. It's a scam

We were a party of 2 going from LAX to our hotel in LA. Followed all their instructions precisely on where to wait and 40 plus minutes later and after numerous phone calls and texts they gave up trying to find us, even though we were where they told us to be! We also gave them our descriptions, what we were wearing and went into detail about our location, twice. They then sent another driver, 5 more minutes we were told, after 20 minutes and more phone calls we eventually met up with driver, we had 4 bags, which we told them we had when booking ride. Drivers comment was "you should of got a van" after squeezing bags in trunk and onto seats and jamming ourselves in for a cramped ride we finally got to our hotel, we had pre-paid the fare and tip but driver appeared to be expecting another tip, didn't happen. Not the best introduction to LA and we thought supporting the locals was good but next time we will be using the FREE hotel shuttle. We should of read all of the reviews and not just the recent, where there were a couple of good ones, the majority are BAD. Would not recommend at all and as a first time visitor from overseas this was disappointing, to say the least. Not a great welcome.

After confirming online and by phone for 5AM pickup to airport, they cancelled by leaving sending an email which i did not see until I woke up at 4AM stating they did not have an available driver! They should have at least called me. I had to scramble to make other arrangements and nearly missed my flight

I planned on shuttling my family to and from JFK for a real estate purchasing trip but just cancelled the return trip from JFK and will be using another mode of transportation to get back to our place when the trip ends. We were booked for an early day flight out of JFK to seattle, and barely had the time to get through security and board which gave us no time to grab a meal before the very spartan direct flights due to the covid precautions which only served water and crackers on a non stop flight Our flight was scheduled for an 830 takeoff we scheduled our pickup for 520 am which should have given us ample time for a quick bite before boarding but we were unable to find anything quick to eat and make it to the gate and enduring a 5.5 hour trip once we got to the hotel at our destination my wife started talking nonsensically and was showing signs of dehydration we wound up having to call for a paramedic and she is still recovering now. The driver was riding on a spare tire the entire time so the trip took twice as long because they couldn't drive 55 MPH on the spare the driver barely did above 40mph almost the whole way on the highway and even stopped once in the middle of the trip to check the spare costing even more time which added 45 minutes to the time needed to get to the airport. The only plus was that the driver came a little earlier than expected and called us, but that driver was a contractor working for Uber and Carmel at the same time so I don't know who the hell I was dealing with. Or why they couldn't send the right vehicle or a safely functioning one.

Got this shuttle to take my elderly mother to the Oakland airport. Specified Southwest airlines and pre-tipped the driver. The ride came 35 minutes late, after frequent texts saying the ride was a few minutes away. When I called, I was told that there was heavy traffic. Well, yes, it was a weekday morning in the bay area, so I'm sure there was. After my mom got in the car, she reminded the driver that she was going to Southwest, and the driver nodded without comment. But when they arrived at the airport, the driver took her to the wrong terminal because ShuttleWizard had told her it was Spirit Airlines, and "I'm only paid to take you to Spirit." My mom, who has mobility issues, had to refuse to get out of the car in order to be taken to the correct terminal. Then the driver sat in the car doing her nails while my mom struggled with her own bags -- this, when she had minutes to catch her flight because of ShuttleWizard's lateness! Yeah. Stay away from this company.

I'm really reluctant to add to the bad reviews, but feel I must.
Started badly when they asked me to pay the tip at the same time as I made the booking. Really? I thought a tip was for good service? How can they expect it in advance?
Only on arrival at Boston airport, after collecting luggage did they send me details of pick up arrangements. They said nothing about a 100 meter walk from terminal to the car park where we were expected to find the un marked vehicle.
I hate giving 1 star reviews, but as they have not even contacted me following the trip, that's all I'm prepared to give!
