Continues to take money after plan is cancelled and set to NO auto-renew. Can't remove and personal details or billing details using their website
Simply very regret the purchase and did get double charged at the purchase. Have to dispute from card company.
Cant remove your card, cant cancel without calling them. Giant pile of trash of a company, let customers decide, dont Roach Motel them

They auto renewed to annual subscription. Charged me for two months and when I asked for cancellation they start asking for more money to cancel.
I was charged unknowingly. I didn't even subscribe yet to any of their package. Just starting my free trial month yet I still got charged.
I would not take my time to write this review if it wasn't true: DON'T GO WITH SHUTTERSTOCK! If you get a subscription with them it is very hard to get out of it without incurring more fees.
