Install, was able to color it, and I am able to pull it up in a ponytail half up half down. Next time I will purchase a 20 inch. It didn't come with the elastic band as described but it's ok wig still fit.

I love this waist trainer. I use it while working from home. It is a very good back support. I usually take a break and go for a walk with it on. I only had it a few weeks and I have lost a couple of inches. You have to be consistent and exercise with it on. The velcro straps are great. It is worth the money.
