The Perdue or Bowl and Basket cooked chickens need to be larger. They are so dried out you barely have enough chicken to add for soup. Bring back the larger Over Stuffers. They are so bad I need to go to Costco and now get my chicken.

Made an order, they charged my wrong card the card was on file
I called them she it was my fault, so I canceled the order & she put it
Through any way, now I have to wait 3 to 5 days to get my money back
Spiteful. I'm done with ShopRite to many mistakes.

Neptune NJ Shoprite needs to take serious precaution for your store. There are alot of employees at your location who have been exposed with covid 19! Why is nothing being done about this serious matter? NEPTUNE NJ Shoprite needs to take this Virus serious y'all guys have employees who tested positive and are still working amongst staff and consumers in your store location aint no telling how many employees and customers they have exposed already. This is alarming! Neptune NJ Shoprite needs to be shut down to the public! I will be reaching out to channel 12 News if nothing is being done about this serious matter

ShopRite offers coupons but when you get to the store there is nothng on the shelf for that coupon. If it's a digital coupon, you don't get the digital coupons priice with the rain check. Very often the things that are on sale in the flyer are not marked sale in the store.cou[

The unfairly searched me and my friends for stolen goods and verbally accused us of stealing.We were highly dissatisfied.

There is a stigma out here. Let me tell you ahead of time. Every black person is not a criminal, or uneducated or misinformed! I am tired of shopping, and I go to pay for my things at the self-checkout and here comes (Her/Him,) standing directly behind me asking me unnecessary questions Like, " Do you need bags"? Like you don't see those big bags in my cart! Do you need help? Obviously if I needed help, I would have gone in the line that does that! I watched these people hover over black people and when a caucasian person come over and they don't take two steps to stand over them! WOW! I've seen it time and time again. We are already being made guilty before we have had a chance for them to see. Why? Shoprite is discriminating against black people. And yes, I asked her why doesn't she stand over the white people when they come through checkout? Of course, I didn't get an answer! It has happened to many times to me for me not to say something about it! Stop stereotyping black people! Every black person is NOT a criminal. I stick to the law, and I work in this field. If you're going to judge, then judge everyone equally!

I just purchased some beef chopped meat from Fairlawn ShopRite and I opened the bag and smelled fart then I opened the meat and it was worst and it said the meat was wrapped today so I was a Lil confused but never again. So please be aware.

ShopRite application for delivery online is the worst application ever. It's a crap app. I place an entire order pay and the order never goes through but yet they take out my snap money all the time.

I was disappointed by the deceptive packaging of Shop Rite Flemington Bow and Basket fresh chicken breast. On the surface $1.99/lb on sale seems fair. The package has the chicken breast trimmed fairly well ---- that is until you open the package. Once you turn the chicken over, there are globs of fat that need to be trimmed. I weighed the fat that needed to be trimmed and it was literally a little over 1/3 of the package weight. I thought it was a fluke or a game they were playing because it was on sale. I purchased a second pack 2 weeks later at $2.49/lb. Same issue with chicken only being trimmed where it is visible in the package. Having to throw away 1/3 or more of the purchase weight is no bargain. I will never buy their fresh chicken again. Instead, I'll spend the extra money to buy from a company where I'm paying the price per pound for chicken not fat. I find what Shop Rite Flemington (an maybe other locations) is doing is deceptive and this should be looked into by the authorities. I can accept a little fat not trimmed as being an oversight. What they are doing is clearly a means of having their shoppers think they are paying less than they actually are. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I've used home delivery a few times in every single time I get all the wrong stuff. I don't suggest anybody use this because they don't look and they don't care what there throwing in your basket

I placed an order for delivery on Sat 8/5. They were supposed to arrive between 1-3 but when they still hadn't been delivered by 3:45, Icalled the store &was to were running behind. My groceries were finally delivered at 3;45. But I did not receive a text notifying me that they were delivered. Nor did the driver even knock on my door or ring my doorbell. The driver just left all my bags on the ground outside my door & a lot of my groceries were frozen or refrigerated items &itwas quit warm out. This is the 2nd time this happened so Iwill NOY be ordering from Shoprite

I lost my authorized user AMEX card when my father passed away in Dec of 2022. Needing a debit or credit card and having neither and needing to pay my cellphone bill, I decided to buy a pre-paid Mastercard debit card from ShopRite. I paid $ 208 for it ( $ 200 for the card and $ 8 to activate it). I tossed it in the drawer for a week. When I decided to use it, I activated it online as per the back of the card and within an hour someone ( looks like an insider job to me) got the number, went shopping and left me with 16 cents.

As I never knew this happened, when I tried using it the next day to buy groceries and I was told there was only 16 cents, I asked to speak to a manager. Two came out, and two assistant ones as well, and between the 4 of them, nothing was resolved. They said it was not their fault and basically ' too bad, so sad ' for you.

Totally unacceptable. You need to held to account if you sell something that is so high risk ( I know it know, not before). As I am a customer there since the day they opened, a good 23 years if not more, I should have been given a full refund either in cash, check or gift card. They need to stand behind what they sell. I used to shop there daily, now if I go twice in a month, it is a lot. They do not deserve my money.

3 days late for my delivery I called my payment never posted they called the wrong phone number several times even though I've been ordering for 5 years they had a very very old phone number and they told me they couldn't change it they left me with condiments literally to eat because I recently had surgery and my food all went bad while I was away and both times that I called they hung up on me this goes for my local store and the national chain you are better off going anywhere but here I just have nothing else available to take my payment form so I am SOL and stuck with these idiots good luck and don't go here to any location for a delivery I'm not able to go to a store myself so I rely on this maybe I should go ask the local homeless if they have an extra can of something for me I think I would have far better luck
