“VERY VERY BAD service”

Un delivered order past delivery date. Very bad service. Called up from the time of order. Like a simple voucher delivery took them like from 21 june to 1st july. And after tracking with them for like 5 days, the update was the date is moved to 27th june. But then comes a mail, will be delivered on july 4th. I place the order from UK for my friend in india. Who had already left without the gift :(

I buy a mobile through this website. The ph was not working properly. Customer care given me the number of a service center in jalandhar near bhagat Singh chowk. When I went there the man I don't want to mention name he speak with us very very very very very rudely.don't want to know what is the problem.
He told me I cannot teach u how to operate mobile.
Its looks like company block his salary since 1947.
So pl never send any body to that person.or that service center.
I already thrown my mobile and ordered a new one from another website.
So pl try to pay his salary or ask him why he is not happy to work with the service center authorized by India shopping times.
Waiting reply.

I ordered a lotto watch from here worth RS316(showing MRP: 2999). What i got at the time of delivery is a duplicate lotto watch, with proper cover from lotto, no proper bill, no warranty card and no proper logo of lotto on it, any one can tell that this a bloody fake watch which you can buy from palika market in about rs100, worst shopping eperience ever, totally fake company, never buy anything from here.

Oh really! India times shopping. It is bloody worst site for shopping i have ever seen.
Everything from order to delivery or refund, bloody crap.
I ordered a combo of two sweat shirts on 12 Dec. 2015. Firstly i got my order after 20th Dec. Then next thing what i see, they have delivered the sweatshirts of some other brand, not only that, even colors and also the design was far different than what i had ordered. Then i talked to their customer care to exchange it. They took more than a week to pickup it. Then talking to there customer care for almost a week to cancel it and refund the money, they only used to say that it hasn't reached our warehouse yet, then only they could cancel it and then refund. It is 30 jan 2016 Now, still i didn't get my cheque.
This is not the only case, my friends ordered many things from indiatimes, they also suffered many kinds of $#*!. Hell with this indiatimes shopping.

Any item seen on website when order different quality will be sent. No response on costly calls made to Gurgaon office, merely sorry is the answer. I would have given the minus start if it was possible. I order dinner set seeing on their website, short received, broken and quality was cheap china without brand printed on pieces or on packing. Loose packing late delivery broken and all ill treatment. When complain to customer service they said we will call you in 24-48 hours and sent SMS but so far nothing happened, finally item thrown out of the home and end of relation with chor company called Indiatimes shopping.

Its a request to all the people please please dont buy any thing from India Times Shopping They are Fraud, Thief. They Never give the proper product Every time some thing is damage And please Remove Name of My Country India from your Times And I dont want to give a single star to times shopping

You try to buy anything, it will be shown as sold out! They don't have anything to sell. Then why they have hosted this site? Amazon, Flipcart, Snapdeal are way better.

I had ordered a Samsung galaxy S6 64GB(56,000 rupees) Order No: *******580 on the 16 of April 2015 being told by your customer service that they "definitely" had the product in stock. A couple days before the delivery date I brought up the issue with your customer service as to why the product had not shipped yet, after which I was told to be patient and just wait, with no actual answers to my questions and basically blowing me off. On the date of delivery I brought up numerous complaints(Including one to this email address) that my product had not even shipped after which I was told nothing would be done regarding my concerns since the day had not passed and the item could not be termed as ‘late'(this was at 7 in the evening of the delivery date). The next day after a lot of probing and continuous calling(i must have logged more than 2 and a half hours on the phone) I was told my a manager named Amit Singh that my product was not in stock. As for your employee AMIT SINGH, he was rude, not understanding and kept interrupting me while I was speaking just to tell me ‘it is procedure'; to which I bring to your attention, is it your procedure to check for the availability of the item only after the delivery date has passed? Or when the order is being made? I was explicitly told by a member of your company via email that they "surely had this product in stock". After getting off the phone with AMIT SINGH and him promising to call me the next day to update me on my order, I get a missed call the next morning while I was having breakfast. When I called him back, he was busy and did not return my call after I left a message for him. After calling him back an hour later, he wasn't in the office and I find my order status to be cancelled without my know-how.

My order was placed and nearly 60,000 rupees was taken when the product was not in stock. Why was I not told earlier about the product not being available, and only notified after my continuous calling and emailing on the delivery date.

I am extremely disappointed, frustrated, and genuinely angry at the way Amit Singh spoke to me and handled my requests.

I READ A LOT OF BAD REVIEWS BEFORE I MADE MY ORDER, BUT I COVERED MY BASES, YET THEY FIND A WAY TO ROYALLY SCREW YOU OVER(Apologies for the language). PLEASE FOR YOUR OWN SAKE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. NOTHING IS WHAT IT SEEMS.

Hi,

India Times Shoping is the day light robbers... Dont buy anything from them

I have ordered a woodland Shoe in India Times in January My Order No: *******715 for Woodland Green Men Casual Shoes - **************

In the day one onwards it is showing that the payment not received. So I contact the customer dept and they tell they were receive the payment form the bank, But due to some technical issue it is not reflecting on the cart.

I contact them 7 times till yesterday and i was told the same. Today they were cancelled the order (After 15 days without my acceptance) saying that the shipment is not available to Chennai (Is that not funny?)

Today their Information deportment is telling that, they were not shipping the product since Chenni is not in your shipping area. Then Why Not you guys mentioned in the Site about that. Also it that required 16 days to find out that?

I have contacted them since the day one onwards and it shows packed and ready to dispatch and they gave even the shipment number for Blue dart. But when i check with Blue dart it showed that their is no such number exists.

Even I contact for that, their contact yours customer service several times. In all the times their customer service guy told that I will get the product at right time. Even on that day also he assured that you will get that, since the dispatch is not reflect on the system since it is a technical issue. (Just think in what are the ways they are cheating...) Even after the expected delivery date also they gave assurance saying that you will get that...

Todat after 15th day they are telling that the product is not available *( But their product list even today showing that several numbers are available with a list price.)

But without getting my acceptance they were cancelled the order, and

When I ask all this and want to talk to the your customer dept manager, Ms Puja and her head manager cut the call.

I want to rise this issue to the consumer courts/ Forums. To help my fellow peiople fell on this cheats trap.

This is a cheating... Day cheating Is that any way to rise a complient against them in a court? Please guide me.

I have very bad experience. I have booked one mixer & grinder of Cello and received the broken jar for which I have send the snap and complete order details but still there is no action from there side and they have closed my ref. Stating that no snap received and I have send many times but every time they are saying ref has been closed.
Nonsense... very bad experience.

FRAUDULENT. You purchase a product. They charge your credit card. A day later, they tell you they will not process the order and because the amount is less than 2000 rupees (~$40 in U.S. currency), they will not credit the card back but instead will issue you a gift certificate. When you complain, they refuse to budge on their position.
