Totally fake website. Worst customer support ever i have seen in my life.
I am writing this because recently I purchased a card wallet 12th of January. But, unfortunately I received the wrong colour.
On 31th January I received a replaced product again. But, i received the wrong colour a second time again.
Today is the 17th of Feb for More than a month but till now my issue is not yet solved by his team. Again and again received the same reply working on your issue.
So don't waste your money on this fake website. Stay safe...
Never buy from their online shop they will cheat you and this is thow they are earning to loot people. Once they sent wrong colour than its more than one month they are not giving my money though I returned the item.
My order ID ******* with this I asked them for exchange but even after 20 days they are saying it's in quality check.
They needed to start cleaning there there carts for shoppers instead letting them though a dirty cart and a spray bottle all day long and there bathroom need to be cleaned be better every time I went in one they were dirty
I had the worst experience of online shopping so far with shoppers stop. They also take high delivery charges for late delivery and have bad customer services as well.
Nice products easy bargain and gifts latest fashion. Nice location of showroom. Nice sales staff, billing staff and supervisors.
