I have been ordering for past one year. Such a great experience. Quality of all clothes are awesome. They are delivering on time without any delay... I will strongly refers to others also

As a Customer, I Deserve Better Service
This is my experience with Shopolics, an online retailer. While initially impressed by the quality of my first order, subsequent interactions have left me disappointed and frustrated.

Delivery Delays and Unfulfilled Promises:

My second order, placed on October 12th, was delayed significantly, arriving on October 30th, after the intended use for Dusshera.
Despite Shopolics' stated delivery timeframe of 5-7 days, the actual delivery took twice as long.
This delay caused inconvenience and disappointment, especially considering the festive occasion.

Incompetent Exchange Process:
I requested an exchange for one item, clearly stating the desired size replacement.
Shopolics' support channel, WhatsApp, proved inefficient and unreliable.
Despite providing video evidence of the return process, I received the wrong size (XXL) instead of the requested L.
This further delayed the exchange and wasted valuable time.

Lack of Support and Responsibility:
Shopolics failed to follow up proactively on my exchange request.
Instead of taking ownership of the issue, they attempted to shift responsibility to me by asking me to handle the logistics.
This is unacceptable, as I expect a hassle-free experience when shopping online.

Unwillingness to Help:
After a cyclone disrupted the city, Shopolics used it as an excuse to further delay my exchange. Exc when cyclone hit (3&4-Dec) and there was water logging but city resumed to Normalcy since 7-Dec and there has been deliveries happening from all e-commerce site like BigBasket, Zepto, swiggy, Amazon, Flipkart, mesho to this location.
They still claimed their vendor wouldn't support the exchange unless I handled the shipping myself.
This demonstrates their lack of commitment to customer satisfaction and willingness to resolve issues promptly.
My Recommendation:

Given my negative experience with Shopolics, I would strongly advise against using their platform. My time and money were wasted due to their inefficiency and poor customer service. There are numerous other e-commerce options available that offer a more reliable and enjoyable shopping experience.

Ordered a kota doria fabric from shopolics., was a bit worried as it was my 1st purchase. But it was just as shown in the picture. Satisfied

I ordered three combo trousers at rs 1280. Qlty was very poor and was returned. Till date no refund received.

This is a fraud site, you will not get order delivery. Their customer service also is not available to track your order. I have placed order with them n it can't be tracked. Their CS no. Is not functioning and on chat they mentioned it will be delivered in 2 days but nothing till date. They have also blocked me on chat.

Order no**************7224, a combo set of pants worth 999/-. The size dint fit. Asked for replacement. Item picked but dint receive the replacement of next size. They say unless it is received at their end, they wont ship. Now tracking of the picked consignment says in transit since 5 days now. Lots of mail exchanges, but in vein. So no clue whether I will get replacement or refund. Very very frustrated and disappointed

Ordered pack of 2 product. Got just one. The quality of which was worse and no where matches with the appearance shown on the site. Tried to contact them but no reply. Tried to return the product through site but no reply from them. Nor got the refund of the missing product. Worst online shopping experience. This is a fraud site and they do not fulfill the commitments. Highly disappointing.

The parcel was received after paying 1499/-
As it was COD, was taken aback when opened to find only 1 pant. I have mailed them for the same, blunder or cheat?
