This company is literally the worst! I purchased some boots for Christmas online. They were too small. I ordered replacements. Printed out the online invoice (lost the original return shipping stickers from shipping package during wrapping session) and went to store to return the boots and credit my credit card back. Store won't accept the online order invoice. Will only give me in store credit and say it is company policy not to credit my Justice credit card. I have called twice and been given the most ridiculous run around imaginable. I don't even have capacity in my day to type out all the different departments and avenues I have had to push to get a lousy $20 refund. I am appalled and am DONE with Justice. My card is getting cut up, my daughter will be so bummed. There is a reason for the class action law suit pending against them and I can attest that these business practices are very manipulative and meant to wear mothers down. I am still on hold and with the 3rd person. This is crazy town. Please save your money and shop somewhere with ethics. I realize our current governmental administration doesn't give a crap about ethics, but you can. Oh goody, the "supervisor" just mansplained to me that the online invoice is actually inadequate for returns because it doesn't have a scan code... on hold again. This company is not good. Shop with a conscience. I will be cutting up my card and cancelling this account entirely.

I've just had the worst experience I've EVER had with online shopping. While trying to shop a "special preview" of a Memorial Day sale at Justice (online), what would have been a short 25 minute shopping experience turned into 2.5 hours of dealing with website issues, a 45 min wait for customer service, and zero resolution - I was unable to purchase a single damn thing. Apparently, the website has a "delay" ( 3 hours in my case, but who knows how long it actually is) in which items will show they're available, you'll proceed to the final checkout screen where payment is processing, and then payment will "decline" and the unavailable items will be removed from your cart. When you call customer service, they'll verbally walk you through THE SAME PROCESS (even when you choose option 4 for website issues). They're not actually able to see what items are truly available until after payment information is submitted. What. The. Hell. Since when is online shopping supposed to be like gambling? "I'll bid on all these items and if I'm lucky I'll get one or two!" No. Just... no. Add to this the fact that I had opened a Justice credit card specifically for this sale at the beginning of my transaction... what a waste of time and energy. Customer service simply does not care. And I don't appreciate the bait and switch!
