Sonny is rudely trying to convince me that the 50% I am paying more for my order (75 PO and paying 20 dollars out of my pocket to clear shipment)

Order the 3 electronic Boards there power board is junk Contacted thru email /chat gave them the order number. 2 days later they sent a email back Stating problem Solved.
Problem is not solved. I will never buy from again all junk. Can. T even waste my time with people that are loser. That can steel your money. And not help u. I was told to call a service tech. I explained my tv work for 60 sec then off it went. With Original boards from my tv a bad power board. That y i order from them.
There power board did not work at all. Case resolved by them. Not me what a joke place 137.78 i eat it i make sure people wont buy from u again treat people like crap may u close your doors
It has been months since we ordered a very important part. Now we are out of that money and need to go somewhere else. Every time we contact someone we get the run around or completely no response. There is no customer service by phone either!

I purchased a shark nozzle head and received a completely different head than what was pictured. I followed they're return instructions and was charged 20% restocking fee and return shipping. Customer service is not taking calls so emailed them and was pretty much told too bad, they're keeping my money.
When they ship to Canada, they issue invoice to the shipper which was F***x in my case - for the full amount and not the discounted price. The part got delivered by F***x and after a few days F***x sent out a bill to pay duty and other handling charges. So the part cost me more than twice the mentioned price. And I could have got it for less if I ordered from Canadian based vendor.
Ordered a power board for my Samsung 65" TV. The one that they sent was electrically non-functional when I received it. I verified its condition using a factory test from Samsung. As a matter of fact my old power board was more functional than the one from Shop Jimmy! I sent them messages, as they do not have a working phone listed, to get a replacement and heard nothing. Sent the board back and went to another parts vendor to get a working power board. When I got my refund from ShopJimmy it was short 22.75 for the shipping charge! This is how they make their money. They ship out bad cards with the idea to charge the victim restocking/shipping charges! Filed FTC, BBB, Yelp report on their fraudulent scheme. Avoid these guys at any cost.
I tried for an hour to order a part for my vacuum cleaner. Everytime I tried to check out it would ask for a billing address. Which was already there. Shipping and mailing address are the same. So clicked on that option. Even tried to put in a relatives address. Kicked me out of the website everytime. Gave up. Worse website ever.
Purchased a power board and timing control boardfor a TV, received the order, send it back the next day,. Over two weeks later iIm still waiting on my refund. Contacted them, it was an oversight on them, told be they would process my refund right away. Of the 69.81 I got 45.05 back. They charge you ridiculous fees and keep an unreasonable amount of your money. Recommend do not shop here!
One of the first but maybe the first company selling used and new TV parts. These guys have been doing it for a long time and have a huge database of parts. Most everyone in the TV parts business knows about ShopJimmy. Most other companies could not survive without being able to reference ShopJimmy's website for information. They are the kings of TV parts.
1. They never answer their phone, they say..."we're too busy", "but your business is sooo important to us"
2. It took 45 mins for them to respond to my email for info on a purchase from them, and it was a generic email. Took another half-hour for another response from an actual sales rep, but by that time I had already purchased my TV part from a site called... TVPartsToday.com (they are awesome-and they ANSWER their phone pronto.
3. Avoid ShopJimmy at all costs! Spend YOUR money at a site who knows how to properly treat a customer.
They sent me a bad board, had to put the old board back in the tv just so we could have a tv, returned it for a refund still waiting on the refund. Will be contacting my bank to stop payment,
Bought some lcd lens strips - the picture of the order is not what was sent even thought the part number was right - So due to their mistake I got the wrong part and they refused to give me a full refund - even though they said they would They changed their mind and I only got about half of what I paid back.
Bro this place just utterly $#*!ed me, bottom line, they arent gonna help you fix your tv. They just want your money and for you to $#*! off. Thats the TRUTH
I am so pleased with this company! Shark doesn't have the parts I needed. Thank you shop Jimmy! I clean for a living and my vacuum is back in order!
Their diagnostic service is less than it seems. Remember they are selling parts. Buyer Beware!
