My iPhone 13 Pro Max arrived at 8 p.m. from their Calabasas store with local same day delivery after I added$ 20 to the delivery fee. Didn't come with a SIM card, iPhone was device was brand-new, factory unlocked, and had a free case.

I don't even have a Sitejabber account, but I had to come on here to write about the wonderful customer service and products we received over the holiday. I ordered a Nintendo switch lite with local same day delivery from Shopiosx and it arrived within 2 hours. My sons loves the device. The graphics are amazing and it was very affordable. Even though the color we originally purchased was out (Yellow) we're still happy with the blue replacement that was sent to us. Customer service was also very friendly and assisted me with placing an order since I was a first time customer. This is a steal for it to only be $19.99. Highly recommend this store if you have tech needs and you're looking to save money. The console I purchased from Shopiosx was cheaper then the one I was looking at on target and Amazon. They can't put the thing down!

I brought an iPhone 11 Pro Max from Shopiosx on 05/13/2023 and was a little shocked at the shipping cost, the coupon I received was not just the cost of the product for shipping. The shopping cart discount was only 5%. I'm across the country from their location, so I was also a bit annoyed when I had to pay the $6 authentication fee. It's a good phone. Even a great phone. The exterior is in excellent condition. But what holds back the five-star review are the speakers. They sound like they exploded. Or water damage. I can't say. But it really sours the enjoyment of the content. Everything else on the phone is great. The speakers alone really make it feel like garbage.

The drones came in perfect condition and the extra fly more kit was surprisingly cheap. Shipping was also very fast and efficient. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase and highly recommend shopiosx. Additionally, the lack of east coast locations made it difficult for me to find a suitable option for delivery. Despite this, the website was easy to use and navigating through it was a breeze. However, I found customer service response time to be a bit slow.

I sold two of my old Samsung Galaxy S21 phones to Shopiosx I can only give 3 stars they're not near me and the whole process was a breeze. The payout came through the next day via PayPal and the total was $775. What really impressed me was their helpful live chat, which answered all of my questions in no time at all. Great experience overall!

The iphone XR arrived in perfect condition with only a few minor scratches and the shipping was free! Plus, their customer service team is based in Menlo Park, so my inquiries were answered quickly. The shipping was fast, it arrived 2 days after placing the order. The price was incredibly cheap for the phone at $25 before tax. When I received the iPhone XR, I was relieved to find that it powered on without any issues and there were no cracks on the screen. But there was a small crack on the back of the device. & the battery is only 82%

I brought an iPhone 11 from shopiOSx around Christmas. After a few months of use, my phone is still working perfectly fine and has a 100% battery health. I paid an extra $20 for shipping through USPS, the phone arrived within a week. The clear case that was sent with it did get dirty, but everything else was in great condition.

My iPhone 14 pro max arrived much earlier than expected and was in brand new condition, not refurbished as I had feared. The speedy delivery of my phone, within a week of ordering it, was absolutely amazing. I am so grateful for the fast and reliable service that shopiosx provided me with.

I ordered a new iPhone 14 plus from them and it arrived factory unlocked, but the wrong color. However, their customer service was incredibly helpful and accommodating - they immediately sent me out the right color without any additional charges. The delivery was also lightning fast and I paid securely through PayPal. Highly recommend this store!

I placed an order with ShopiOSx on 7/15/2023 and received my phone on 7/16/2023 through local delivery. Initially, everything seemed fine as the iPhone had no visible damage and powered on without any issues. My carrier confirmed that it was eligible to be connected. However, upon checking the settings, I noticed a warning stating "unknown part." Concerned about this, I reached out to Apple for assistance and they advised me to contact ShopiOSx. Now, I'm eagerly waiting for their tech support team to respond via email. While Jessica's help was satisfactory, I can only give this experience 4 stars because of the unresolved issue with the unknown part warning on my iPhone. When ShopiOSx tech support resolves this issue I'll be updating my review.

I was a loyal Shopiosx customer for months, but then out of the blue my seller account got disabled. They claimed I violated their terms of service when all I did was reverse a payment that made a customer upset. This was very frustrating and unprofessional on their end, and I would not recommend anyone to use this platform.

Not only did they offer me a first-time customer discount, the product was legitimately sourced and shipped via UPS. I ordered it on the 18th of March and received it within two days. When my iPad 10 arrived, I discovered that it was not only authentic but also came in its original Apple box (pictures included). The attention to detail was evident as they even included bubble wrap in the packaging to ensure maximum protection during transit. I ordered an iPhone X on 7/15 for local delivery it's a cash back item so after my purchase I was given $19.20 back in cash back. The iPhone X arrived at my house on 7/17, just one day later than expected. Although it didn't come with a box, the phone itself was in excellent condition - no marks, 100% battery health/capacity, and no sim restrictions. I had no issues logging into iCloud either. I am really happy with my order & iPhone and will update my review if any problems arise in the future. IOS runs kind of slow on the phone but I was told by Apple & ShopiOSx it wasn't much I could do for that.

I contacted Jessica about their pricing yesterday morning and she was so helpful and knowledgeable. She guided me through all the options and I ended up getting a great deal on the Apple AirPods Max, which arrived the same day.

I'm so disappointed with ShopiOSx.com. I bought a Nintendo Switch online and their shipping costs were outrageous - cancelling out any discount that I got. Even worse, they don't have any brick and mortar stores near me, making it impossible to just go to the store and buy it there. The whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
