I'm so disappointed with ShopiOSx.com. I bought a Nintendo Switch online and their shipping costs were outrageous - cancelling out any discount that I got. Even worse, they don't have any brick and mortar stores near me, making it impossible to just go to the store and buy it there. The whole experience has been incredibly frustrating and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
I finally caved and bought Shopiosx and I am so happy I did. It's one of the best purchases I've ever made and combined with the Oculus Quest, it is a game changer. I can play any game in my library without having to worry about cords or wires getting in the way, which is such a relief
They offer fast delivery, free shipping and their customer service is immaculate. This is the way to go if you want a legit e-commerce reseller.
I was really disappointed when I visited Shopiosx in Chandler, AZ and they didn't have any oculus in stock. It's always the same story, they run out before I can get there. I ended up having to order with shipping which cost me more than it would have if they had it in store. Not satisfied at all!
I was really excited to order my Oculus Quest 2 from Shopiosx.com after reading some good reviews, but unfortunately it caused me to suffer from motion sickness and I had to return it. It's a shame because the product and customer service/store itself seemed great, but their quality control needs improvement.
Aiden who works at Shopiosx saved the day by helping me update my order's address. He was super cool, knew everything about what he was doing, and made the whole thing super easy. Thanks to Aiden, my order will be at my house in Atlanta by Friday. It's crazy how fast they got it all together and shipped it from their warehouse in Menlo Park, CA. I seriously think Shopiosx is the bomb for their awesome customer service and how well they handle orders. A big shoutout to Aiden and the whole team!
I just want to say that the staff at their Menlo Park location were amazing. They were very helpful and friendly and I felt like I was in good hands. The price I paid for my ps5 is a bit steep but when it came out it was brand new and really easy to use. All in all, it was a great experience!
I placed an order on 5/2 & had to change my address after placing an order with Shopiosx, and the customer service representative, Jessica, was absolutely amazing. She made the process so seamless and easy for me. On top of that, I was able to get an open-box iPhone XR for only $50! I'm so thankful for all the help that I received from Shopiosx.

I ordered in APRIL - was supposed to arrive in a few weeks, they sent me the wrong tracking numbers 4 times, I have filed a complaint with FED EX and the BBB.
I've emailed, messaged on chat, and it's all lies and stalling tactics - they promised an update in 12 hours, but then don't reply. Now chat is disabled. Called in twice, hung up on.
They said something happened so "sent" the order again - but it's a lie. I attached photos of the tracking they gave me, which is the wrong tracking, I went to Fed Ex and photographed it. It has the tracking they gave me going to a Sam Fletcher. They won't refund me, saying it won't go through, even though I can send them a request. It's all lies, just like their first response to my review.
Shopiosx made selling my iPhone so easy! I was worried about the process, but they sent me a return label right away and inspected it. I didn't have to pay anything to UPS and they paid me by PayPal for my iPhone within 6/15! It was totally legit and stress-free.
I have been a customer of ShopiOSx since Christmas and initially had a smooth experience with my first order. However, I am extremely disappointed with my latest order placed on July 4th. Despite ordering cases, Funko pops, and an iPhone X, the shirt I ordered was completely wrong - they sent me a grey size large instead of the pink medium that I requested. When I reached out to their team with photos as proof, they asked me to return it. As someone located in New York, it is simply not feasible for me to go through the hassle of returning the item. This level of inconvenience has left me feeling very upset and dissatisfied with their service. I live alone and I'm old and partially disabled so I can't go to the post office to even use the label they sent me I've taken matters into my own hands and reached out to their corporate office, but time is of the essence! ShopiOSx needs to be held accountable for their heartless actions towards a disabled customer in distress

Additionally, the lack of a tracking system on their website is inconvenient and forces customers to rely on email communication with specific individuals like Jessica. Although they did offer a higher payout compared to Gazelle, it's important to consider whether the longer wait time and limited tracking options are worth the extra $200.
I had an unexpected experience with ShopiOSx, but it turned out to be surprisingly positive. Despite placing an accidental order, I decided to keep it since the item was under $100. Although the shipping took a bit longer than expected (about a week), the AirPods I received were brand new and of great quality. Jessica from customer service played a crucial role in making my experience better by assisting me in changing my shipping method to ground and even partially refunding the extra $20 I paid. Setting up the AirPods with my iPhone was a breeze, thanks to Apple's seamless authentication process.
I've been a customer of Shopiosx for the past 5 years and overall I've had a great experience. The products are always top-notch and the prices are usually quite reasonable. Recently, however, I noticed that the shipping prices have increased significantly which is a bit of a bummer. Additionally, the customer service can sometimes be slow to respond which can be frustrating.
Parking situation needs to improve at Chicago store they also never have ps5s at that location I traveled out there for my son and they told me they didn't have any
Phone support is limited, but I haven't encountered any issues with the Nintendo Switch so far. The console was safely packaged inside a case and a ShopiOSx bag when it arrived. My kids have been enjoying the Nintendo Switch since we received it and everything has been working flawlessly.
I ordered an Apple 2022 bundle from this company on 3/17/2023 and it was delivered by UPS, i was disappointed to find out that they don't have any locations near me. On top of that, their prices are a bit higher than their competitors and the shipping charges I had to pay were outrageous. What's worse is that there's no app to get a response from them on the phone and it can take long times for them to answer your queries. Overall, I feel like Shopiosx needs to make some improvements if they want to compete with bigger stores and online marketplaces like Amazon, Mercari and eBay. I recently tried to log into Shopiosx.com and had a lot of trouble. My login link sent to my email expired and I was unable to get help logging in. I reached out to customer service multiple times but was unable to get anyone on the phone during the week. This left me feeling frustrated and helpless, they are on the west coast and have no locations near me.
Shopping with Shopiosx was an absolute pleasure. The customer service was responsive and helpful, and our orders (a Nintendo Switch and iPhones) arrived within an hour! What's more, the products were brand new, just as promised. Me and my boyfriend absolutely love this store they're much cheaper then Amazon renewed and they actually resell everything brand new.
I recently purchased an iPhone X from ShopiOSx during their sale and, while the processing times were a bit slow, they actually are a legitimate seller. At first I was a bit apprehensive due to some negative reviews I came across, but my experience turned out to be positive. It took around 3 weeks for the phone to arrive after placing the order on July 4th using the JUL423 code at checkout. I have received my iPhone X three days ago and so far, everything is working perfectly fine. If any issues arise in the future, I will update my review accordingly.
Shopiosx is a scam. I purchased an oculus and it was supposed to be delivered with next day shipping and it never came. It is never going to come and that's pretty clear, I can't get in contact with anyone from the support team and I can't get a refund, I'm going to leave bad reviews on every website I can. This has been a horrible experience.
