Placed an order for two wigs and 1 minutes after I placed it I reached out to them by email to change the color of one of the wigs because somehow the color changed from what I had originally selected when i paid for it. Of course they have no phone number for you to call them, only email. They responded saying the new order hasn't been processed in the system yet. Not too long after that after that I receive a text saying my order was being shipped. I reach out to them to say I hope they were able to change the color and they told me they were unable to make the change because it was still processing in the system so they shipped it out without making any changes. Worst customer service I've ever seen in my life. All of this happened wothin 1 to 2 hours. Definitely will not be ordering from them anymore. I should have read all the negative customer service reviews before I ordered. So now I'll never order from shophairwigs.com nor ebonyline.com since they are the same company

Paid extra 60$ for priority shipping on in stock items, it ls been over a week n still not shipped so I reached out to customer service and they were extremely rude and wanted to go back n forth in a what was becoming a heated discussion bc I simply wanted to know what was going on with my order which should be an easy question. Instead of handling things professionally, they were rude and ended the chat. Worst customer service! Don't trust these people! Their prices aren't as good as they look. They tack the money on the backend. Example for priority shipping I was charged 60$ on a flat rate box that the real cost to ship was $10.20. I understand they incur their own cost so they go have to add it in but 50$ to put a couple packages of hair in one box? Price gauging and dishonest!
Horrible website! I SENT them an email. The response was as bad as the Website. Mores, WORSE! Based on this experience. I will not place an order!

I loved the wigs displayed on this site and ordered 3 items on Nov 28,2022. I sent an email out on the 3rd of Dec. Inquiring about my order. Since it was noted items arrive within 3 to 5 days plus I'm used to getting a confirmation email of outgoing orders. I got a prompt email informing me the items were with the shipping department and also because of the holidays, orders would take longer to receive. Christmas is 3 weeks away and I worked for the post office 41 years. Sometimes people blame the post office when it's business issues causing delays! I don't like the fact that they take your money right away but you have to wait until they're ready to send you the product. Today is Dec 8. What am I stupid? TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES!DISRESPECTFUL TO CUSTOMERS!
This business is unprofessional and a joke. I ordered from them on the first and here it is the 7th and I never received an email with a tracking number or nothing. It was never shipped. I needed the things by the 10th. Please spend your money else where. I can't speak to a person just message them with no reply.
Do not order wigs from this company If you ever have a issue with this company you can't called them no one's going to answer the phone and when they say leave a message you can't cause the phone automatically hangs up it is hard to get a refund on loss packages and it takes forever to get a package from them cause they are too cheap to use better deliverance options I highly recommend you to use another company this company also linked up with Ebony lineSo don't use them as well

Answer: Their prices seem to be cheaper at first glance but they tack the extra cost on the backend typically with shipping. U can either use a code for cheaper shipping or get the cheaper price for the hair. Either way it's the same price as every other store out there but bc of HORRIFIC customer service, shop elsewhere
