In spite of our request for a courier service for sn online order of a dress, our order was apparently dispatched via USPS and has disappeared along with our money. The response is that they can't do anything about it.
I ordered a dress well in advance. I understand processing delays etc. Which is why I ordered almost 2 months in advance. My dress did not process or even ship until weeks later. And of course because of this arrived late. How is it that a dress that has been on your website for months doesn't ship on time? I have been perusing the website for weeks and the dress was in stock. So I went ahead and ordered thinking it will ship quickly. By quickly I mean within 4 to 6 weeks. That's how much patience I was willing to give them. Anyhow, I contacted their customer service via email 2x with no response. Then I got frustrated and messaged the company on IG only to get some boiler plate response of them blaming it on USPS and nothing they can do. Okay. Well I have them blocked on my social media and will never order from them again. This is unacceptable. I was hoping to wear the outfit to a very important photoshoot to me and now I had to run to a department store and scramble to find a dress last minute. Hours before my shoot!
Answer: I ordered from them once before and my dress came weeks after but just in time for my event. The second order had no such luck. And their customer service was useless.
Answer: Wanting to support a plus size fashion designer and I learned my lesson. Never again.
