I ordered a and paid for a mini curling iron. On Jan 27th... It is Feb 15th and I still have not received it.
They have also been trying to get more money from my credit card. Started out with $49. Then it was $39, $29, $39,$49, $39,$29 I can't tell you how many tries they have done this. Saying it is a purchase. They are trying to scam me and they will do they same to anyone who buys from them.
1. Their package took like 1-2 months to be delivered
2. When it finally came in, it was of such low quality, it was totally unusable
3. When I requested a refund, after waiting for weeks, they finally responded, saying they refused because I took too long to request the refund. I requested the refund the SAME HOUR I got the package.
They're garbage. Save your money. Buy whatever they're selling through someone else
Please do not shop here. They will sell you a small item, which may or may not arrive.
Then later you will be charged an ongoing monthly "Membership Fee" of around USD49.00. The first of this you will know is when the debit shows up on your card account!
To stop this you will need to cancel your card, and we all know what a major hassle that is.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
