On 12/9 they had an offer of $100 cash back for subscribing a membership for which I signed up clicking through their link. At one point under my account statement, I can see the activity but it shows $0 pending. After I contacted them, I got some auto reply gibberish and they removed my activity entirely.

I know that cash back checks are mailed out after $20.00 is accumulated. I've had $17.85 sitting in my account for months. This keeps impelling me to spend more just to get my check. Reviews from all the unsatisfied customers (I do mean a lot) has made me uneasy. I placed my last order on 3/26/16 with an amount that will put me over the $20.00 cash back. So for now, I'll just wait and see, then I'll write another review.

I have been with Shop at Home for several years and always thought of them as a great site. This month I have had four large purchases that qualify for the extra $5.00 in rewards and I haven't seen any rewards (regular or extra). I wrote to them and filled out 4 different missing cash forms - no reply. I replied to their standard form and asked questions - I got no reply to that either. It has been days - someone could have at least recognized that I wrote to them. I'm quite disappointed with there site at this point.

I do manage to get a check every time that one should be cut, however it is usually not for what it should be, It is like playing a crap shoot, in that sometimes you get what you should, and sometimes not. Much like many of the reviews I've read I'd call customer service and also write but to no satisfaction. I found that it is not worth the time and trouble, I guess that as a rule I end up with more than I would have, had I not gone on your site at all. That being said, It still does not say much for your business practices.

Would have given 5 stars but since I have traded 2500 shopgold points for a $ 25 Belk's Gift card THAT NEVER APPEARED, I cannot get any response from ShopAtHome customer service. I am very annoyed with them and Belk's says they cannot help.

I have received checks from shopathome.com a couple of times in the past. For some reason most recently my account was deactivated without my knowledge and have had $25+ sitting in my account for several months. When I contacted them, I was told how to reactivate my account a couple of weeks ago, but the money is still there and adding up.

Last time I wrote review on Sitejabber about Shopathome. Their customer service has contacted me instantly! Replied to both of my inquiries. One about missing cash back, one about missing check. For the missing cash back they told me that I still have to wait while they do the search. For the missing check, last time They told me that I have to wait until April 20, if not receiving the check that was send in March 30. Today is already April 20, I contacted them again. And No one answer me again! I have been using Shopathome for almost 3 years now, and I had never had problem with receiving check, and whenever I email customer service they always replied me back the second day that I send in request! This is the first time, I had that many problems. I do not know what's going on with shopathome customer representatives! I called the phone of the shopathome that was posted on the sitejabber, and again, no one picked up the phone, even though I have been calling for at least 10 times!

The pop-up doesn't always come up when on a participating site. I have made purchases that didn't get credited to my account as well. But, when I do get credit for purchases, it does help.
