I bought a bathroom sink that had a granite counter top, knobs and handles. I was remodeling my two upstairs bathrooms and wanted to match the knobs and handles that were on the sink. After looking everywhere I finally found them on this website. Knobs and handles are typically expensive but in my opinion these are reasonably priced. I ordered the first batch, after receiving them, liking the quality, I ordered a second batch. I'm keeping this website so when I need more I will use them again.
Our 24-year-old master bathroom is due for an update. We're chalk-painting the dated medium-oak cabinets and replacing the antique brass hardware with brushed nickel components that closely match the style and finish of the new Delta Merge faucets and towel bars. Because the old hinges were Amerock, we were able to order new ones from Amerock that exactly matched the hole patterns of the old ones. Therefore, no filling and drilling is needed; we can just re-use the old holes! We did the same thing three years ago with our other bathroom, and it could not have been easier.
I have ordered from Amrock before and found the website to be easy to navigate, with access to different sizes available easily. The selection and price are excellent. Placing the order was simple and delivery confirmations were accurate. Great experience.
I order cabinet knobs on 4/30. They charged my credit card on 5/6. I contacted them on 5/27 regarding the status of my order. They said the items were obsolete and I requested a refund. Followed up 3 times and never received my refund. BEWARE!
These are not genuine Amerock magnetic catches. They are serviceable but not quite as firm magnetically as the original Amerock catches nor as well finished. They work.
Good deal on beautiful hinges--made our kitchen project look super! The only issue I had was one or two hinges of the 4-5 dozen I ordered were slightly bent, so I had to adjust them to make them fit plumb. I DO recommend these--timely shipping (arrived precisely when they said--even in COVID shutdown), best price I could find and a good product. 4.5 stars!
These knobs came quickly which was super great.
My reason for 4 stars was due to part of our order missing. We did have to call twice to receive the missing part of the order but over all it was very painless getting them to correct the mistake.
Would recommend if asked by a friend or family member.
Product is a 9/10; however, when I paid for "3 day shipping" and on the 5th day the merchandise had neither been received or tracking available, I called and was told that it took 5-10 days for an order to leave the warehouse and shipping was 3 days. "That" was not what I paid for or understood. They refunded the $39 for 3 day shipping and the hardware arrived 3 days latter. Maybe this was a fluke, but that is what happened with me.
In photo is a 12" 5" and 3.5". The 12" is BIG; wish the "mellon" was not so large.
I refinished kitchen cabinets and needed new hinges. Went to all the local home improvement places with no luck in finding the right size. Stopped by a kitchen remodel store. The service manager was very helpful. He identified the hinge as an "Amerock." The only negative is the length of time it takes to get your order. I ordered them Nov 13 and they arrived Nov 25. The staff must be "tele-working"

We remodeled our kitchen about 12 years ago and I had picked out the most beautiful leaf design knobs. Well we added a few more cabinets and I couldn't find the same knobs in any of the box stores, so I went on line and searched for about a week and then I found them at Amerock.com. After two orders I am very pleased. Knobs and hinges are perfect. Customer service is great. I ordered the wrong hinges and they refunded my order and now I have the correct hinges. All my orders have been shipped very fast.
Ordered Hinges and knobs. Got a tracking number and had waited weeks jus to only receive hinges. Call about my order to get told my 10pack of knobs won't come out of warehouse for a month! Why not say that online b4 ordering!? Then after a month I have to call again just to get told the same thing again! I ask for refund on phone yet I have to wait for somebody in the office to authorize my refund! Worst place to deal with!
I honestly can say that I was contacted by Amerock staff who said the item I ordered was delayed and wouldn't be in stock before 12/10/18, shipping out after that date, and asking me if I wanted to change or cancel my order. I'm waiting on my order shipping out as soon as it is in stock again. The price for the cabinet handles was superior to others.
I got the actual match to my 40 year old hinges and have happliy replaced the old ones!
I thought I would never find this peculiar hinge with the 30 degree bevel and offset. And
All the screw holes lined up with the originals!
I have just completed adding cabinet hardware to my new home. This is the second home that I have used Amerock for the cabinet hardware. Both times they had the best prices on their hardware and fulfilled my order quickly and perfectly!
The finish was wrong and I have not received my return authorization or prepaid label yet, even though they said they did it. I need my new product, but they won't send it until I send the wrong product back, and I can't without an authorized label! Argh!
