Do not order from this website. She is a liar, a scammer and will steal your money without sending you the merchandise you ordered. This lady will give you the run around and lie. She says "oh I shipped your order and you should be receiving the item in a few days," we'll a few days will come and still no package or tracking information. This woman is a LIAR. Do not spend money with her, there are far more reputable businesses out there to support. If you don't do anything else, save the money you worked hard for and use it elsewhere. Please do not shop with her. There are more of us explaining what a fraud she is then people who have actually received their packages.

I paid for my jeans and received either an invalid tracking number or old one. When I contacted customer service she claimed to have sent them and didn't know what happened but there was never any trace of them, refund or replacement. But if a social media influencer wants some of these jeans it's seems as the owner is servicing them and taking everyone else's money

They take your money and never provide an accurate tracking number. Sent me 2 different #s in which one said it was processing and still processing to this day (from mid 2021) and the other one was returned to sender, address incomplete. Now their customer service email *******@injolie.com is undeliverable. ‍

I placed an order for a pair of denim since August29. I received my item in November, guess what, I received it and it was damaged. I had to mail it back as we speak today is 11/20/20 I still haven't received my item. You try to support black owned and you get disappointed by your own people. Since august!. Still no Jean and when you contact her it's always a flimsy excuse and never ending promises. I have very disappointed to say the least.

Man, where do I begin? I thought I was sowing a seed by purchasing from a small Boutique, that's up and coming. Plus has great eye candy. I placed my initial order in 07/2019 and we are currently 04/20, Can you take a guess? No, items received. Great communication for someone out here scamming women out of their money. First of all this is Meca and second of all l do not know the person that posted. I do not shop IG boutiques at all but saw the jeans. Don't let this broad fool y'all into thinking anything. She is a scammer. She refunded my money after l went to the police. How dare they put up fake reviews now. 35 pairs in 5 days she is a lie. Just search her hashtag on IG. She has even deleted her IG Page. Let me call Memphis police back and let them how she is defaming my character and creating fake review. #bustedscammingbroad

This woman responds to you right away and comes off extremely professional and kind; however, I've been duped by her 3 times now where I only received a partial order or nothing at all. She then makes all kinds of excuses about her mother then grandmother being in the hospital, she's pregnant, and so forth. When you finally get tired of her soap box excuses and ask for a refund, she gives you the run around for weeks. When you upset your disdain for her lack of professionalism, she swears you're trying to "dim her light!" This is laughable because I'm trying to support a woman who unfortunately has horrible business practices. Buyers beware! I know of at least 3 other people who never received their orders from her as well. For those that have, consider yourselves lucky!

If this website had 0 stars I would def give it that. I have been scammed. I purchased(so I thought)a pair of the Jolie Chandelier Fringe Jeans for $195 on September 11th. Ok, I sent it through cash app. She said it will be a two week turn around time for me to receive my items. On October 4th I inquired about my purchase and she stated that someone name "Jessica" just picked up my order. Ok cool. So I DM back asking will I receive a tracking number. NO RESPONSE. Since October 4th I have been emailing and DM her but she is posting everything in the world but not responding. She has very nice items, but she is a complete FRAUD. I always google everything. When I googled her company, nothing came up so I thought I was good, so then I went home and thoroughly googled her and came across this site But now I see I have been SCAMMED. I will be calling my bank and cash app to report this scammer.

I paid her via cash app big mistake! I had to finally post on her page in the comments for her to get back to me about my items. It went from family emergency, to im not in Memphis to I will contact my assistant and text you directly. Still nothing. I honestly believe the people who get their items are people who are close to her or around her to actually see her personally so she can't run with your money or items. When it came to asking me if I wanted more and more items to purchase and add to my order she was contacting me several times a day consistently. Something in my gut feeling said no just these items. For $80 and let's see what happened especially since she's pressing for it go thru cash app. I already sent a letter of complaint to square cash Bc that's the process unfortunately to get my money back. You want to buy go ahead at your own risk but if it's not thru PayPal or a real page invoice DONT DO IT!

I purchased the distressed I love jolie comme des jeans. Size 0. I get them. The rips aren't even the same and the artwork is horrible… look nothing like the photo shown and they're HUGE ON ME. She offers to alter the jeans and take them in. We go over how I want them to look where I'd like them to be taken in and what does she do? Makes me wait over 2 months, sends me a new pair of jeans that aren't even altered or taken in where I needed them to be. She just switched the brand of Jean. I am so pissed. These are not worth $300. There are FAR better options out there. I asked for a refund and to send my jeans back multiple times and I was blocked. I want my money back so she can take her damn jeans back and sell them to someone else. Might I add the brand of jeans I got are wild fable which retail for about $20-$30 so why am I being charged over $300? What the hell! Dang I'm reading reviews of ladies who received their merchandise but still upset! I've order from Shop Jolie going on 3 years! I just order the diamond fringe shorts! I received them and OMG I CANT WAIT FOR on the OTR! Her products are bomb! And she's $#*!ing bomb! I feel bad for the other ladies! Sometimes that's all black women know is negativity! Hell Jolie, they talked about Jesus like a dog! Keep doing you! Obviously you still doing something right, you got these girls BIG MAD!

I am yet another that placed an order, sent my money via CashApp and have heard nothing since she received the payment and advised to give her 7-10 business days. Its been well over and i've heard nothing back. I've reached out to her via email which is how we first communicated. Text which is how we communicated to cashApp the money and dm. I also commented on her page to ask to add an additional item to my existing order and she immediately sent me a dm to add to the order. After thinking about it, I let her know Ill stick with my existing order and never heard anything back. Really wish I would have read up on the review prior to ordering, but I figured I would give the benefit of the doubt that she was legit. In the process of disputing my funds now... NEVER AGAIN!

A friend and I placed an order April 17,2018 for distress shorts. We cashed all the money and was told to expect our merchandise within a week at the most. We never received anything in the mail. My best friend who works at the post office looked up the tracking number that we were giving and couldn't find the product. We did inform her that we contacted the post office and they don't have the product. She then stated that she would leave the shorts in the mailbox every time we tried to get a time to pick them up she came up with an excuse on why we couldn't get them. It is now August and we are just now receiving the shorts not to mention she post new product every day but can't respond to a message. This lady is very unprofessional and she keeps service like this up she want get very far
