I really wanted to love this company because their products are great - high quality, unique, and beautifully packaged. The subscription option sounds good, offering the choice to "pick your own" or be surprised. However, this promise falls flat. There is no actual way to select your own items, which is extremely misleading.

To make matters worse, their customer service is nonexistent. I've sent three emails over the course of nearly a month and have yet to receive any response at all. It's incredibly frustrating when a company delivers on the product but fails so miserably at the customer experience.

If they could fix their communication and follow through on their promises, this company would be a 5-star gem. Unfortunately, as it stands, the frustration far outweighs the quality of the products.

Liked the experience with this store. Underwear is high quality, wears good, attractive and very soft on touch. Package was on a high level too. A little bit pricy, but it worth it.
Plan to buy there again.
