I recently ordered heels for my engagement party. Unfortunately they didn't come on the day promised. Laurie B from the shoespie customer service team helped me IMMENSELY! Thank you for your help, consideration and understanding!
I ordered it and then waited 23 days they say they delivered it. I had someone waiting at me house to receive the package it never showed but they said it was delivered. I contacted them they said it takes 5 days to get a refund. It's been over a month from the time I ordered it and over 2 weeks no refund. It's a scam don't buy anything from them.
Dopo aver atteso mesi l'arrivo della merce e constatato la scarsissima qualità (ma solo dopo che già paypal si era espresso a loro favore per merce non ricevuta, poiché arrivata mentre stavo in ferie) inizia il calvario con questi infami:
1° mi chiedono di restituire la merce dichiarando un importo inferiore (sicuramente per non pagare le tasse);
2° solo dopo mesi mi informano che la merce risultava resa MA solo 2 capi su 3 (assolutamente falso perché a parte indossare malissimo erano tutti di scarsissima qualità), così (a parole) mi hanno riconosciuto un importo di reso decurtato del valore del capo a loro non risultante (ottobre 2020).
3° ad oggi ancora sostengono aver provveduto ad emettere il rimborso mentre a Paypal non risulta nulla e, peggio non forniscono l'ID della transazione di rimborso! (Assolutamente in malafede).
Cosi oltre ad aver pagato x della monnezza ora non ho neppure quella (potevo usare per farne degli stracci!).
Sono in grado di fornire tutte le informazioni necessarie perché VERISSIME!

Statene alla larga se non volete passare un inferno e buttare i soldi!

Ho acquistato del vestiario che, ho ricevuto dopo 3 mesi e, non mi stava bene. Immensa difficoltà per chiedere il rimborso perché rispondevano una cosa per un'altra (ho avuto l'impressione che fingessero non comprendere le mail scritte sia in italiano che in inglese).
If you need to return and get a refund good luck! $ 45 to return shoes and then get the run around NEVER again!:(
Have done all they asked... still waiting ready to give up my only compensation is that I may save one of you from trusting this company as I did
20/06/ 16 UPDATE Still no response after supplying the details requested, so his post will remain to warn my fellow shoe lovers who have a limited budget and hate being ripped off from online shonkies!

The shoes I ordered from ShoesPie were label-less and seemingly handmade to appear as it does online. First, let me just say that it took forever to get notification that the item had even shipped. Next, when I contacted them, it became apparent that their English was not very good. The customer service rep gave me a tracking number. Now I realize it is coming from China so I'm okay with waiting, but the tracking number did not want to work for me. So I just waited it out.
When the shoes finally arrived, I noticed the box was a tad bit beaten up, but the shoes inside seemed to be good quality. I tried them on and they were a good fit and very cute on! I was pleased and excited about wearing them out (they were dress shoes).
Well, the other night I decided it was time to break my new shoes in on a night on the town. Big mistake. I was very unsturdy on my feet the whole night long. I thought maybe it was because I hadn't worn high heels in a while, but it got progressively worse as the night went on. While walking downtown, I began to walk very wobbly. I didn't know what was going on and my date thought I was drunk. It was very embarrassing. Then, the inevitable happened: my heel broke right there in the middle of downtown! I was so embarrassed. I had to take them off and walk BAREFOOT all the way back to he car. Luckily it wasn't too far away, but it was a very embarrassing experience, one that I will not likely forget for some time.
I've had to chuck the shoes because I was so disgusted at the time I just left the broken heel on the street where it fell off. I'm not going to even try to redeem these shoes. It was a bad purchase and I consider it a learning experience. I'm not saying don't purchase from this dealer. I'm just giving you a cautionary tale. I know I have learned my lesson and will be purchasing from more reputable dealers in the future.
As for all the good reviews on this site, pay close attention to how they are all typed in broken English, just like on their website. If a business is truly good, they wouldn't need to do that. They are just trying to offset the genuinely bad reviews.

China/Hong Kong store that's bombarding SiteJabber with daily SPAM comments.
I ordered a shoe from shoespie but I noticed the the tracking number given to me is fake. The customer service said that it was posted with china air mail but china air mail said there is no order number as that and now I need my shoe or my money refunded if not I will report to the police of this scam website because this company is fake and each time I call its only a particular girl that picks the call is that to say that the company has just one customer service rep?
I asked her to track the shoe with the tracking number but she refused to because there is no tracking number as such. China post air mail has a track number starting with RR but she gave me a completely different track number starting with 2015--------------- pls don't buy any thing frpom SHOESPIE. I will report this company to the police if I don't get a refund

OK if you don't need to return or exchange... its got a great selection of shoes. Prices are OK... but not as good a deal as is seems on the website. Customer service is horrible... poor English... poor communication... eventually I just gave up. Ordered 13 pr of shoes all same size... some were too big, some too small. Quality varies, too... some were outstanding... some pretty cheaply made. Lost $369.64 on shoes that did not fit. I will never purchase from them again -- even though I loved the shoe styles and selection they had.
