I have never bought a shoe or boot on line and was pleased how smoothly the process was. The only surprise was, I thought I would have received advance notification that my order was in route. Happily my order was delivered to my door step a day earlier than indicated.

Ultimately when i received shoes they were Womens size and im Mens size 11, not sure what happened there. Delivery also got delayed twice(but i get it its busy being covid times and all).
Return process fairy simple but now i may get charged a $6.50 restock fee for a mistake on their side. All i want is correct shoes i ordered.

Wanted to try this brand shoe. Did not find the light gray color shoe but found this darker gray that should fit my wardrobe. Also, my small size was bit harder to find until found at Shoebacca.
