Not my first choice color, but price point won out!

We just buy shoes on the way to the bus stop and they show up right on time.

Delivery took a while but I understand there have been storms in Texas.

I was so happy to find the boots that I was looking for. I'm the kind of person who is hesitant to order from a new company. The process was secure and shipping was very prompt. Thank you!

I paid for expedited shipping that was supposed to be here by a certain day so I could use the boots on a trip. But the boots arrived several days after the arrival date I was given.

This was an easy process. I did not have any problems while navigating the site.

I paid the 25 for expedited shipping because the cost of the shoes was way less than expected. I was using the shoes for an event. Well they got here three days later than they were suppose to. Not sure how that worked. So I could have paid way less for shipping as the items were not expedited for sure.

Shoebacca stared down some outrageous winter weather to get me my shoes! Package arrived safe and sound, price was a steal, and they communicated regularly.

Price greart... Paid extra to recieved shoes faster sorry about your cold spell have family in Allen tx, but shouldnt you refund the Extra charge for being this late? Said the shoes would be there ON the 18th got there on the 24th Weather causes problems but the extra charged makes it hurt your customer too.

The Shoe Box seem to be very old with lots of dust and soot around the Box
The shoes inside had no tissue wrap around the shoes witches as sign of either remainder or defective or really old shoes
I have never received from shoebacca or other shoe companies a product delivery as I received on these speakers
I am hesitant to order from your company again as a result of the conditions of what I received it didn't seem new to me

I don't like surveys. You'll know if I like your product when I buy the next pair.
