Overall very satisfied, but did not get initial emaiil confirming purchase. Also thought boots were about 20 dollars to high. L have. Any boots, and know about price and quality. Great leather foot covering features like carpet. Again just a general evaluation of one man's thoughts.

Everything I have bought from this company, and there have been several pairs of shoes, have been exceptional. I keep saying I wont buy any more shoes as I have an abundance of them. I keep getting drawn in by the incredible great prices!

Buying shoes online is always risky due to sizing. I have to return/exchange 1 pair for a larger size so hopefully this continues to be an easy experience.

The price of the shoes and the delivery time was excellent. Unfortunately, I ordered light pink shoes. The picture on the site looks like a very light or beige color, so I ordered them without reading the color description (after wearing the shoes outside, where the sun made the color more noticeable, I went back to the product and found the color listed in the details; I had to search for it to find it). It's on me for not reading the description, It would be EXTREMELY HELPFUL if the color was listed in a more prominent location.

Love the color of these shoes. Wanted something in red and this option was more subdued and reasonably priced. The sole provides less support than I would like but I can generally wear them almost all day long if not on my feet 100% of the time.

I thought I would give this company a try. The shoes were shipped and delivered quickly. The shoes I got fit as expected, so no idea how their return process works.

The shoes I ordered were the wrong fit, so I had to return them. But the customer service from Terrance was extraordinary! He picked up the phone after just one ring, and helped me with the return within minutes. His friendliness and helpful attitude were above and beyond.
I will be ordering more shoes in the next few days to hopefully find the ones that fit perfectly.

I ordered Rush shipping. My shoes was sent regular shipping the only good thing about it was they did reimburse me my $25 for the rush shipping. Other than that I love my shoes and I love this site after all that I still order me another pair the same day my shoes came
