I blew it and bought the wrong size shoes. Or I just accidentally bought woman's shoes. It was unclear which gender these shoes were for. Thats the only reason for a so/so review. I need to return them to you guys.

I ordered the wrong size shoe for my husband. I returned the shoes and the company was great about doing that. The website says you'll receive email 2-3 days after they receive the shoes about your refund... LIES! Customer service said 5 more days, which was 2-3 after I got notification they received my package! Then another 5 days for it to appear on your credit card. It will be 2 weeks tomorrow since they received the shoes, and I still don't have a refund! I contact customer service every few days... and they are no help at all. This place appears to be a FRAUD! Never again would I order from them. They say they only give full refunds for over a certain amount. I should be getting a full refund, but I have NO confidence in this company whatsoever!

I finally got my refund. It was 2 weeks after the company received the shoes. It really felt like the run around though. I won't order from them again! Be careful - they sell thru Amazon too. If I see they are the seller... move along to someone else!

The shoes that I purchased are a very Good product. Fast delivery.

Only thing I would change is the cushioning. The shoes are stylish but not fully comfortable

I was looking for Muck Boots without success until I found your site. They were reasonable priced, shipped quickly and looked great. However, they didn't fit like my other boots and I had to arrange to return them. The customer service personnel I spoke with was very helpful and arranged for return shipping without a problem.
