A quick, clean process. I saw the boots I wanted, placed an order, and received the boots as scheduled. It was a fair price, and the boots seem very comfortable, though I have not yet had a chance to break them in

The ordering process was easy, the delivery was fine. A bit slower than some other places but completely acceptable. Unfortunately, I am not 100% certain I will keep these but the return policy is beyond generous. This is my first time shopping with Shoebacca and only the second time I bought shoes before trying them on. They seemed to fit fine when I put them on at home but after walking 6 miles yesterday I felt like, once my feet swelled just a little, that they were definitely too snug. I will see if they "break in" a bit better over time.
