The results part of these games has not worked for a year, reporting this does no good, nothing changes. I decided to not renew my many years of yearly membership, I am being charged a $9.59 minimum charge for cancelling a sight that doesn't work properly, Not very good customer service is it.

The customer service was phenomenal! I had a 7 year old take my debit card and purchase games and books from various websites (emptied my enitre bank account). Shockwave spent 3 days helping me track down the purchases and the amounts, and once located refunded all of the transactions! They were wonderful.

I used to love this site but came on hard times and can't afford the $10 per month. So I tried to cancel my membership but they state you must contact them. I have tried sending emails (they won't offer a phone number and the one listed here is out of service) and they never return my emails! They just keep taking $10 per month and it is so frustrating!

I had used Shockwave games many years ago, and I really liked the games, but when I tried to play games recently, I was unable to make it work. I would just caution you to make sure it works before you invest in a membership. I was able to make contact with the company, and I was satisfied with the result, so if you have problems just make sure you communicate with them. The communication was very quick.

This is a wonderful site. Great deal to download PC games at a great price. You pay per month, or 3 monts or a year. I enjoy with my kids this site for 3 years so far! I canceled once and never had problem with it.

Awesome website for gaming. Its a good website to pass your time between meetings.
