Víc než perfektní

Víc než perfektní. Jinak se to nedá říct. Perfektní komunikace. Toho si nejvíc cením. Osobní přístup a pomoc nákupem nad rámec "povinností" si mě získal. Pan Bednář vede svoji přepravní službu tak, že by se leckterý čech od něj mohl přiučit. Zboží bylo odesláno a dodáno přesně jak jsem chtěl a na den přesně před Vánoci, takže se vše stihlo pod Vánoční stromeček. Za sebe můžu bedabox.com jen doporučit. Prostě Perfektní

Poor service
October 13, 2020

Very poor service! You pay for high shipping costs, but customers receive their packages 5-6 days delayed! You file a claim for lost, damaged, incorrect packages, they just circle back and say reach out to the shipping company! I mean, we are their customers! They should be the one to file the claim to the shipping companies they are in contact with! When you file a claim/complaint/ticket, you will couple of days before you get a response and gues what? No resolution! Thanks, Shipmonk!
