I've asked this question 6 days ago, regarding incurring sales tax for shipping to your location; i have not received a reply from you to date, so i'm going to assume the answer is yes, a sales tax would apply

I can answer this one for you... by using BedaBox, your shipping address will be in Florida which currently has a 6% sales tax.

Hello Mariam, we do not charge any additional costs for forwarding a single package. However if you wish to consolidate more packages it is free up to 2 parcels and for any additional one we charge $2. Also if you wish to repack your goods, meaning take out all unnecessary papers and boxes, for this service we charge $5.

Hello, would shoppers incur sales tax for items they purchase and ship to the address provided by bedabox? i understand that your address would be in the state of florida.

Answer:

Thank you DF. The tax is 6% when shopping in Florida. When shopping online in stores based outside of Florida you don't pay any tax.

Hi my package has arrived at bedabox. but as i was about to pay and have the package sent to me, i cannot verify my credit card even though i input the correct account charged per my online banking. it's been 2 days already that the item has been delivered at bedbox

Hello Lakshay, sorry we do not offer that. With Bedabox you can pay with VISA, MasterCard, or American Express cards. You can also pay using PayPal, bank, or wire transfers; BitCoin transactions. But the payment has to be done before shipping the package to you.

Really scared to try. i've heard of other companies(reviews) charging up to 3 times the going rate & using boxes way too big for items to push up prices, not to mention charging multiple times. how does this really work? are you licensed to ship perfume & other beauty products?

I don't blame you Allison, companies in the space made a bad name for themselves. We have been great to our customers, and that's why the like us so much! We always go the extra mile! Back to your question - You can see our shipping rate on our website, so there are no surprises. As far as the box size goes - if we are doing consolidation, we will repack it into the smallest box possible. Othewise, it just ships in whatever it comes in. We are adding an extra service of "repackaging" to make the package smaller > save you more money on shipping.
