If I could give zero stars I would.
This company is absolutely ridiculous and I'm pretty sure it's just a scam site. I ordered from here months ago, never received my order that was supposed to be a gift. Contacted them. Took months to get a response and after back and fourth and their refusal to refund me they stopped responding and I never got my order or a refund. They just took my money and left it at that. I will never ever order from them again or recommend this company to anyone.

I have been trying for 2 months to get my chain replaced. It came tangled up. The package it was in was open so the necklace was tangled. I keep asking for a new chain. The only response I get from them is to untangle it slowly. How ridiculous is that!
Never buy anything from Sheown!
Very disappointed

Horrible product

I ordered a personalized tag to identify my cup more easily— well you cannot read it! The letters run together and is completely illegible. The letters you do make out are wrong. It should be Brandy and it looks like Bracly. I asked them about it through email and the responded that is "how it is" and offered me 10% off (even though the current offer on their website is15%). They also will not refund my shipping despite there being promotions all over their website at the time for free shipping. Waited over 3 weeks to receive my item. Overall, it was awful to deal with this website and I would NOT RECOMMEND shopping here at all.

Bait and switch

This company is a bait and switch company. The item on their website was beautiful and well designed, the item that was mailed to me was junk and deformed. When I asked her replacement they offered me a 50% refund which I accepted, which never showed up. I emailed the company numerous times and they have just ignored the emails. Save yourself time, money and frustration. Shop somewhere else.

Ordered personalized star ring, 9 stones(actually microscopic chip of colored glass). Received ring with 5 stones in it. Other areas for stones are empty. I asked for a prepaid label to send this one back, and have them send the one I ordered. They wrote back and wanted pictures of the outside package, the stones in the ring, the 'underlabel', which was under the label on the package. Did all that. They wanted CLEARER pictures of the stones. Did that. Then they responded that the pictures showed more than 5 stones. Well, even if there were more, there is still NOT the 9 I ordered! Calling me a liar essentially. So I'm stuck with a ring I don't want, that means nothing, and I told them that every chance I get I will write a bad review for them. Lousy, bad business!

After reading all the positive reviews on on their Sheown site I purchased 4 items for Christmas presents on November 2020. It's now 21/02/21 still no items have arrived, I received 1 email explaining that I had given them my wrong home address and it had been returned back to them. So I resent the email I received on the purchase with my address (which was correct by the way) circled. I have had no further contact from them. No contact, no package and no refund... Buyer beware...

Buyers beware: I've ordered a piece of jewelry for birthday gift over month ago, expedite shipping to get it here in time for the person's birthday. I still have not received it over a month. I contact their customer support asking for a refund and they deny my refund because they said they shipped it.
Well I have not got it and I have doubts I will ever get it

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PAGE. My fathers dog passed away approx six weeks ago. I ordered an engraved dog key chain that (as advertised) would look exactly like my dads dog. It was meant to arrive within 10 days. It cost me $60. So expensive I know, but I assumed by paying this much for a key ring it would be a lovely gift to my dad and high quality. It was meant to be sterling silver

SIX WEEKS LATER - this abomination showed up. It's the size of a fingernail and completely doesn't look anything like the dog in the picture (or what was advertised). It is also made of tin. When I emailed them, they refused a refund so I have had to put in a visa dispute form with my bank. I have showed approx 30 people so far who have commented "that's disgusting" "what a disgrace" "I would be fighting that to the death!". So here I am, fighting it. So I have attached the following
1. What was advertised
2. What I received
3. The photo I sent
4. What I received in comparison to a fingernail.

I will be posting the same post every single place possible until I get my money back. If they continue to refuse my refund - I will still get the money back from my bank because it was 100% a scam - but I still feel like it is my duty as a consumer to warn other potential customers about the scum that is waiting for them when they want to commemorate the death of a loved one.

Sheown, you are a disgrace in the truest sense of the word. There is nothing I can say to express how truly repugnant and disgusting this company is.

Terrible "company"

This is such a scam. I ordered a Stanley topper for a present. It arrived 5 days before Christmas in pieces. I immediately reached out to them to let them know I would like a refund. (Thankfully I found someone locally to make what I needed).
After sending them a picture of the broken item, they gave me an option of a refund or replacement. I very clearly stated that I no longer needed the item and would just like the refund. They said they would not refund the shipping, only the cost of the item. Fine. I confirmed with them. After about a week, no refund. I reached out to see what was happening and gave them the benefit of the doubt, realizing that there may be a language barrier and asked for a refund again. I was told ok.give it 3 business days. Whelp. It is now 1/17 and they sent me an email saying that they sent a replacement. I replied to the email and told them AGAIN that I do not want a replacement, I want a refund. They replied with a happy email telling me that they had sent a replacement.
I'm pretty sure I will not get a refund. This is such a scam

I purchased a bracelet for Valentine's day and paid for urgent shipping to ensure it came with time to spare. Instead of 2-5 business days like it said, it took 11 business days. I sent 3 emails to the other contact provided and received no response. When I received it, the quality was horrible and looked nothing like the picture.
