I have been trying to contact Shelf Talk Brands via email and phone, with no result. Phone numbers are not in service. I want to cancel my recurring order of Garcinia cambogia. Support email doesn't work either. How can this company be reached?
I have purchased your garcinia Cambodia pills along with the cleanser, as the free trial. I was never told I would have to pay, $230.00 a week later. I paid for shipping of the pills which was $12.00 in which I authorized. I did not authorize a payment of $$230. This is highly a scam place. I plan on getting a refund for this amount. This is considered fraud. I've already spoke to the credit card company about this fraud. Send me my cash! The only reason for the rating star is because they didn't have button for fraud!
I got suckered into a "free" trial. The fine print, which I read afterwards, says that I just signed up for a monthly subscribpion for $80/month. I called to cancel it after I read the fine print - too late. It is an act of God to cancel a monthly subscription and the sales person tries to make it harder to cancel it. I ended up reporting the credit card that I purchased it on stolen. Hopefully that will stop them from sending me anything, because they don't have a card to charge.
Total Scam, The add says pay for shipping only. The fine print apparently says if you don't cancel in 14 days they will automatically bill you $79 a month. It would be one thing if the product even worked but it does not. Hopefully this will help others from being scammed by ShelfTalkBrands and Garcinia Cambgia
Like several of the other posters, I requested a "free sample" of the Garcinia Gambogia and the True Cleanse with only shipping charges for each product separately, even though they were shipped together. That should have been my first clue. I was not aware of any "trial period", but noticed charge against my debit card, on the 14th day after my order, for $92,98 and 93.95. I tried to stop payment through my bank since the charges were still "pending" and the bank told me they could not do a stop payment. I then called the number on the product bottle for customer service. The number was not in service. That was another big red flag! I did find another phone number on line and called that. I was put on hold for the "next available representative" and my wait time would be approx. 23 min. After three revisions to the hold time, they asked if I wanted a call back instead. I accepted and waited. They called back and I was put back on hold with a new wait time of 18 minutes. Just trying to wear you down. I waited and spoke to a representative and after several unacceptable offers and talking to a supervisor, I settled for their "final offer" of only a 25% restocking fee and some other charges, giving me a net refund of $93.43 out of $195.83 original charge. And, oh yeah, I got to keep the original shipment. I have taken the product, as directed, for almost two weeks and have actually gained 2 pounds. That makes it almost $50.00 per pound I paid them to GAIN!
Do not try the free trial offered for this product as endorsed by Dr. Oz!

Total scam! Stay far away! Website says 14 day FREE TRIAL, just pay for shipping. Ordered Sun, SAID guaranteed deliver by Wed (DID NOT RECEIVE UNTIL SATURDAY). I DID read the fine print & cancelled 12 days from order date which gave me only 5 days to actually try the product. The cancellation phone # they provide was an automated (NO LIVE CUSTOMER SERVICE OPTION). I selected the option to CANCEL and received a cancellation confirmation email. It was immediately followed by another email thanking & CHARGING ME for an order I did not place. I then called a different # & got a 3rd party call center that does not even represent the product. I was told the charges represent 50% of the cost of the product. I told them I DID NOT ORDER THE SUBSCRIPTION and followed the terms & conditions of their policy by cancelling within the advertised 14 day period. I was put on hold 5 times "to see what they could do to make me happy & be on my way & not waste my time". Same answer all 5 times " we are doing you a favor by charging you only 50% of the cost of the product". Then a manager came on the line only to tell me the same thing. DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICE. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. SCAM SCAM SCAM. Stay away from this one!
