When i opened the box all the conditioner was on top then I moved the cardboard to find three of the four bottles of shampoo were open and leaking into the box.

Quick and easy ordering. Content of product is 8 OZ. Last order I placed had bottles that contained 9 OZ. Not fair, nice nor ethical to ship articles with less content without informing customers. Very disappointed.

So far, it's been OK. Time will tell me how my hair and scalp react to it.
