I received my first and only order, so far, on a timely basis. I appreciate the application instructions and contact information provided for my use and comfort.
I Ordered on line and everything was ok. I do not want to reorder.
I ordered the 4 month supply and was supposed to get a free gift with it and never recieved the free gift. I have used the product since arrival and have not really seen any results. I will not be ordering any more and wish to cancel my account.
I haven't had a issues. Been using it for around a month now and so far I haven't had any issues. Not sure if I see any difference yet but I'm hopeful.

I am blown away. Today marks the 13th day that I haven't had to clean out my hairbrush. I've tried other products, and Shapiro is the only one that has worked.
I had received my order within 3 days. 3 weeks later, my hair has grown so much!
I contacted customer service, as I was vastly surprised when what should have been a lot less expensive purchase so that I could try out the products, appeared to be a HUGE amount of money that I could not afford. (over $250.00) I asked in my note if I could just write REFUSED on the unopened box and mail it back for a refund. I received no response. I have not opened the box. I am not happy with it just sitting here at home, but I cannot afford it, and I need to send it back for a refund. The pandemic has created a huge financial burden for me, and I just cannot afford the expense. I swear, I did not click on any kink to this huge purchase.
It's too early to tell if it works. Also it ended up being more expensive than I thought.
Seemed fine and straight forward, but I did not receive the Minoridii to complete the system.
Don't really have any testimonial until I use it. But the shopping experience has been ok.
It took a lot longer then expected. Happy I got my order. I took pre pictures To track my results.
The conditioner does not detangle my hair. I have to use another conditioner to smoothen my hair.
