My order came and one of the foaming leave in treatments was completely empty. 2 bottles of the conditioner had also leaked everywhere. I've tried calling customer service several times and get told the next available customer service rep will call me back and I have not received any call yet.

I'm new to Shapiro, & only used it twice so far. I'll need to wait for a while to give more feedback.

Was good. How long does it take care to see results for hair loss.

The experience was fine. The product took a bit longer to arrive than they told me which was fine except they never told me the items were on back order. Had I not called to check on my order they never would had notified me about it. Otherwise everything was good. Only time will tell if it works.

Been using for 1 yr.

Both times I actually talked to someone, it took several days to get through and long hold times which actually kicked me out. No call backs were ever received as requested. Each customer service representative I spoke with were courteous and helpful. My order was shorted, which was the reason for the second contact. Apparently, the product is on the way.

Your company is excellent in every way! Prompt deliveries, and if a product is being shipped later, you inform the customer. More importantly, your products actually work! I'd give you 10 stars if I could.

My address was wrong in the first place, I didn't know until I notice my order was not been delivered. I thought your whole thing was a scam, I got no contact from you whatsoever. Until I went in my account and realize that the address was wrong and fix it, then I send an email asking about my shipment and again nothing from you until this. Finally today July 22nd 2020 got the product.

My husband has been using the shampoo for close to a year and he has some hair growth so we ordered a second batch.

Everything seems to be good no real comment

Was hoping for more product

I received the items on time and I will use it for 3 months and see if I could grow some hair.

My hair stopped falling out. I did my bloodwork and combination of supplements and shampoo and hair has stopped falling out.

The conditioner is horrible and makes my hair feel like straw. The conditioner is the consistency of water. I loose more hair trying to comb through my hair after shampooing and conditioning. Very disappointed and would like to get my money refunded.

So far so good. Easy to follow regement. Looking forward to good results. I actually have plenty of hair but have noticed thinning in the front so pin pointing that area specifically.
