Ordered. My purchase is still very new. So far, I am very happy with my all my items.
I was also very happy with the last person I spoke to in regard to the delivery delay.
She was very kind in her explanation as to why things were backed up.

I've just started using this product but live the way it makes my hair feel so far.
Everything has gone better than I expected so far. I purchased the shampoo and conditioner to begin with and am enjoying the way it makes my hair feel.
Slow
I really like the products. They seem to be working already. I use the minoxidil and leave in foam daily, and wash my hair every other day. The only thing I wonder about is that the minoxidil says for Men only. I am a female. I am using it however. The only thing I don't like is that the foam or the minoxidil leaves my hair with a sticky finish even after brushing. This is on the days I don't wash my hair. I will put up with that since I see new hair coming in and Not losing much anymore! Love it.
It took really long to receive my order
I sent an email regarding how often do I use the shampoo and haven't received an answer yet. They are small bottles and I don't want to be out of my bottle within two weeks, so I would like to know how many times a week do I use my products. Thank you
Not super clear when buying that there were other products available until I had agreed to purchase the shampoo/conditioner. Seems unclear if they will work fine on their own or what the benefit is of the other supplements included.

You cannot reach anyone in customer service for help, no matter how long you stay on hold. When you email they never reply. I am allergic to the product. Need to send it back, want refund, and they will provide NO HELP! I have Begged. They are waiting till my 60 days runs out.

Too expensive!
The shipping process was not the best. When I placed my order, the product website guaranteed two days shipping and it took more then 3 weeks.
